Rumi Hotel

We booked through a trip. I got the room I found after searching for 2 children and 2 adults, but it was for two people. No room should be listed outside of my criteria. This listing problem shouldn't be reflected on the customer, or they should remove it from the listing, and the hotel can fix it. Let's get to the hotel and room, I was fooled by the high rating and bought it, but I regret it. First of all, the cleanliness is poor. If you're planning to shower, there are hairs in the shower stall and the walls are dirty. Also, in a double room, there's only one face towel and one bath towel. I'd expect two towels, two bath towels, and two face towels. The sheets, pillows, etc. are clean. However, the rooms aren't as spacious as the pictures suggest. The air conditioner was set to 15 degrees Celsius, but it worked until the morning, and I woke up three times from the heat. I don't know how it works. The TV has an LED light, which stays on even when it's off, and it hits me in the eye, making it difficult to sleep. Also, the curtains aren't wide enough, so when it gets brighter, the light filters directly in. Furthermore, the mirror next to the TV reflects off the mirror and hits your face. This results in poor sleep quality. If you're saying you won't be affected by such things, there are better hotels nearby than paying this much. Also, do the bathroom light and the LED behind the mirror have to be turned on with the same switch? If you go to the restroom at night, you're forced to illuminate the entire room with 6,500 lumens of pure white light. If it's dim, you have to turn it on with a separate switch, so your sleep won't be disturbed and others won't wake up. If cleanliness is your priority, stay away anyway. The breakfast is weak, and the few options available aren't very good either. The friendly staff, however, aren't enough to change the general impression. The hotel's only one plus point is that it's a 30-second walk to the Mevlana Museum. By the way, the furniture and bathroom fixtures are quite dated. The kettle lid is broken when you want to heat water for tea. The minibar only has two items. You could at least add more for this price. It should be something extra, not something to pay for. And the soundproofing isn't good either. I've tried to list everything so you can evaluate it comprehensively. Because 1 or 2 small things can be overlooked on their own, but all together they are enough to make you regret it, and they even add up.
