First of all the entire crew of this hotel are not aware of the importance of good. customer service. No one smiles at all! İ was standing in front of the receptionist to ask a simple question, he was on the phone, i waited quite a while, he did not show any interest or concern of my standing there. İ had to interrupt because his call was taking very long time. Then not very kindly answered my question and did not bother himself to apologize or anything.My husband and i only wanted to drink coffee in their garden cafeteria, but no one was there to attend us. The receptionist boy asked the girl who was sitting in the lobby to help us. She seemed she was at the and of her shift and wasn't willing to help anyone. She still made some coffee for us didn't ask anything else and left us there unattended. İ had to walk inside to pay my bill and just handed her the money. İt felt very unprofessional for such hotel employee to act this way. Then my husband called room service to request a couple of small items. After 15 minutes still no one came. İ had to call one more time. İt took another 15-20 minutes for someone to bring us our needs. They were wrong. Some items were there which we did not request and what we requested wasn't there. After all these disappointments, i don't thing i will ever stay in such hotel again and i don't suggest anyone to do so,either!
