best stay I have had in thailand so far. really friendly staff, amazing value for money as the hotel is very modern and extremely clean and well looked after. staff even cooked us breakfast after we arrived 5 mins late for the breakfast buffet. no other place has done that for us . definitely book this place if you are considering it.

An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. Excellent location on Maenam Beach, with access to the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. When booking, I didn’t know that we would be accommodated in a house with access to the sea, it’s great. The house has all the amenities for a modest holiday: clean linen, a large bed, a mattress (a bit hard, but even my tired back felt good), a fan, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a hanger and hangers, a mirror and a nightstand. The house is small, partly outdated, no mold. One free socket is a minus. There are ants on the porch, I used a mosquito coil in the evening. The downside is that there are no garbage bags)/ but on the other hand, less plastic is used. Minus: there is no bucket in the bathroom. There is a rope stretched across the porch - that's a plus. The hotel area becomes quiet very early; at 20:00 it is already dark and quiet. If you are planning a noisy, riotous holiday, then this is not the hotel for you; families with children and pensioners hang out here. On-site parking. The sea is almost always calm, the depth is good, the sand is excellent. 3 min walk, laundry, cafe, small shops, moped rental. At 15 minutes, market. I like it

Mae Nam Beach
I had a few days here last week. I was the only guest. Lolita and family were wonderful. I wanted an old school family run bungalow on the beach, and I had my choice of about 10 under the coconut trees. A beautiful stretch of beach all to myself. Traditional home cooking, and plenty of beer, just for me in the restaurant. And it was great. It was better than I had at some nearby restaurants. The bungalows are not fancy, but they are all you need. The air con worked very well (a bit loud though). If you want a peaceful beachfront location away from the crowds, this is it. There are no restaurants/shops or anything really between the main road and the bungalows, but the main road is only a few minutes walk away. Mae Nam walking street is <10 minutes walk by road, and 5min along the beach. And Lolita has a few near new scooters for hire at a very good price. I recommend contacting via whatsapp - responses can be slow. I wanted to stay much longer. It was peaceful paradise.

To tell the truth, I didn’t figure out what type of room was actually a single-family home with a small garden. The right hand side is not closed. The living room of the small garden is closed. The front door of the bedroom is directly in front. The open air small bathtub to the right is the toilet only the middle bedroom has air conditioning. Others are open-style at night. There are mosquito nets and no mosquitoes. Not surprising. No mosquitoes. The public infinity pool daughter went to play for 1 hour for breakfast at the restaurant along the beach. There is a fish pond on the side, a lot of fish is very good, it is hot, no fan, no air conditioner, it is not bad. The original customer service consultation child wants to add money for breakfast 500THB. The result is confiscation. Ctrip's customer service is very good. The daughter likes to live and why live only. One day is too little, come back next time.

When I first came to the old building, I felt that the cleaning was not very good. After changing another building, I felt much better. I ate and lived well. Half of them were Chinese foreigners. Our people are also very good. Besides children, they are basically quiet. Suitable for the hotel, the beachers, the hotel only one afternoon to go to the slag to return to take 5-600T beads taxi, you can learn from the paradise garden in the south of Fujian, in short, cost-effective, I recommend.

We had booked to stay here for one night (Friday) before we went to the full moon party on the Saturday. However, the party day changed to the Friday so we booked elsewhere in Koh Phangan but it was too late to cancel here. We came here for a few hours before we got the speed boat over to Koh Phangan. Sugar (the owner) was so understanding and gave us lots of really useful advice for the full moon party and the ferry’s. She was also so welcoming! We spent a few hours in the room, which had excellent air con and was really clean! We were disappointed we were not staying the night.
