We stayed in two villas for 4 days. The promised bottled water was not delivered. We cleaned it every three days. There were no towels for bathing in two nights of the four days. We asked the hotel to deliver them, but the hotel did not deliver them until the third day. The front desk is at the foot of the mountain, down the mountain.
