Old Harbour Hotel

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at. The building is traditional with old world charm, the rooms are done up so gorgeously, with fresh flowers and the cutest decor. The staff, including Sakesh, Kapil, Cinderella and many more were absolutely amazing., their service was top notch. The food was delicious, especially all the seafood dishes and the breakfast...oh my goodness! I could eat breakfast all day long. The pool surrounded by lush trees and flowers was so enchanting, it almost felt like I was outside in the wild, birds chirping and playing around. The live music in the evening overlooking the pool was a wonderful treat. I would love to go stay there again. Someone said that there was noise from the street, but I had a garden room with a courtyard at the entrance, so I didn't hear any noises. However, I would have enjoyed the noises too, given that the place was itself so beautiful. We had wa Walking distance to lots of restaurants, ferry, Princess Street, shopping, Chinese fishing nets, fish market, Vasco da Gama square....oh it was all so lovely!

Fabulous hotel run by the most friendly staff ! Great position right by the Chinese nets and close to shops and cafes. The room was beautiful we stayed in the tower room which faced on to the garden where you could see all the lovely flowers and birds from the balcony! The hotels kashi cafe was amazing and definitely worth visiting. All the staff v polite and helpful esp vinita on the front desk. It was my birthday and they made it special by giving me a bunch of flowers and a big piece of cake with a candle It is expensive but definitely worth a treat

This hotel is situated in Fort Kochi, the old area of Kochi and is a haven of tranquility. It also seems to be a popular backdrop for that all important selfie. We had a large room with comfortable huge bed and all the usual amenities. Staff were friendly. We only ate breakfast there but was table service, all courses ordered separately. Well prepared food. Hotel ideally placed for walking around in the area, catching water taxis around, looking at Chinese fishing nets and all the other historic buildings in area.

This was an excellent last two days of our India trip. The hotel is wonderfully located, beautifully restored with excellent facilities. What makes it special is the staff who are uniformly welcoming and helpful. They will do their absolute best to make your stay memorable.

A little oasis in the middle of fort Kochin. This hotel is excellently placed right within fort kochin. It is only a short walk to the fishing nets, princess street and many of the local attractions. However, once you step through the door it’s a green oasis of old world charm. The rooms are very traditional. The staff are lovely. (Including the two family dogs who do their fair share of ‘helping’ - particularly guarding the door and trying to help the gardeners!) Breakfast is taken overlooking the gardens. Dinner is lovely- sat in the gardens with lots of lights bouncing off the pool and the food is delicious. There are only seven rooms, so it’s not busy. It’s a simple well run boutique hotel with colonial charm.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the water. The staff could not have been more helpful. I stayed in a garden room, in a small building in the grounds. It was comfortable, air conditioned and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was a surprise, as outdoors! With a great shower and fluffy towels. The breakfast was fantastic, masala dosa, fruit plate, fresh juice, lassi and tea.
