Rooms are not clean. No lift. we 6 people all above 60 years of age were allotted rooms on the second floor and we had to carry all our luggages as there was no lift and room boy. No hot water no wash basin in the wash rooms. we had to go to the receiption to ask for hot water. Staff behaviour is bad. No restaurants nearby for the occupants to have food except one which is far from the hotel. Main door could not be locked due to poor quality of the latches. 21.02.2024. kameswar rao.p

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved.
Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well.
Cleanliness-
Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness.

We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay. We were a group pf 4 friends and we hoped for single room,but it was not possible so we were a little sad but for our surprise we found out that we got attached rooms which made our stay 100% happy. The rooms were perfectly clean and luxurious. We had great service and the pool was also clean and had a great view. We already recommended this place to many since we had so many enquiries about the place with our stories and post. We are sure that we will be back to this place.

We had a wonderful day, we where there just for a night, and the staff was really good special thanks and mention to Geethu. They gave us free room upgrade. Felt really good with the service and stay. We will definitely visit agai. The pool was amazing and rooms is really cozy A special request to the ***agement , morning someone was working with the garden out side our room that was too loud and disturbing if you could avoid that and allocate the places where there is no guest that will be much better

Unfortunately there doors, blankets, ac are terrible but we are not happy with mm t because as per your reviews it is not available there even breakfast is not good so we are planning to not book in mm t if you are providing perfect information we can book but you are playing with customers first mm t should visit the location and then they should check whether customer is saying the truth or not what i can say is mm t is responsible for our experience.

I stayed here for three weeks. This is a good value budget option. The hotel is very centrally located and is a safe place to stay. My room was medium sized and I was supplied with a kettle on request. There was a small outside balcony with no view to speak of. There was no fridge. The A/C was very efficient, as was the WiFi. Water was supplied daily. This place is very clean- well done to the hard-working staff who were all delightful: consistently very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI’m a British/ Australian female traveller who visited India for the first time with my Partner. Kerala is the first place we visited and I was incredibly impressed with how clean, safe and comfy the homestay was. It is in the perfect location, very short walking distance to Princess street. The hosts are incredibly friendly, they helped me with my washing and also made us two delicious homemade breakfasts. The air conditioning worked really well and there is also a fan. Will recommend this place to any traveller and I would definitely stay here again.

The Bastion Room (302) that we booked (twin beds) was a bit smaller than what I expected, based on photographs, but it was comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was large and we had a small balcony. It was lovely to sit out, but we could not do that as often as we wanted to due to the mosquitoes. Pros: - smiling, helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile, especially Sharone and Amal Matthew - very good food - the chef, Mr. Shinto Varghese came up to our table after our first dinner, asking how everything was. - complimentary tuk-tuk ride was great - in addition to the dining room, one could eat outside under a porch - central location - quiet Cons: - housekeeping was not the best and our coffee and toilet paper were not replenished sometimes. However, on calling them, they would immediately send over supplies. - the room we had, had translucent glass separating the room from the bathroom. If one had to go to the toilet in the middle of the night and turned on the light, it would filter through to the room and disturb the other person. - the lights on the air conditioner were quite bright and would disturb a light sleeper since the AC was in front of the bed, at least in our room. I would probably stay here again.

SshortsortieThe hospitality industry is so profit driven it has lost its perspective on its true purpose. It is rare to find a great hotel but funnily enough it is rare to find a very bad hotel or a bad hotel experience. Neemrana Tower House in Cochin, was a bad experience for my family. I booked a family room (1 king bed+1 queen bed) with an extra bed for 2 days and nights, for 4 persons from May 13th to 15th, 3+weeks in advance after clarifying details on their websites, other platforms and by calling the Manager operations, Ms. Vinita Vijayan herself. I was told that yes it was available and that booking any later would not guarantee the same facility. The booking was done online in full payment for 3 persons with extra bed charges to be paid at the hotel on arrival. I reconfirmed our booking a few days before our travel as well. At no point were we aware or told that the premises were being renovated. Come 13th of May, when we reached the hotel just before 4pm after traveling from Pollachi, we noticed that the hotel was under repair with no staff in sight to immediately receive or guide us. I walked into what seemed like the reception, saw no one and then looked further in, to see a lady who was the manager working on her system in her office. I introduced myself and had to ask her for guidance and help for parking and baggage. After 15 minutes of that, we checked in. I even paid up the additional extra bed charges for 2 days. As we were moving to our room, we saw that all the rooms were being renovated. Our's seemed to be the only one ready. On asking about the pool the manager said that it was being renovated too. Basically apart from meals in our room or the dining area, the rest of the hotel was unusable. On confronting the manager, she said she had informed us and it was updated on the website. Both NOT TRUE, which I double checked. She offered no compensation or even explanation. That's when we got upset and I asked for some reparation of what was an obvious con. She was unapologetic and almost indifferent! Long story short, we took care of our own comfort. I insisted on a refund, which was promised with no timeline. Refund of the extra bed was offered too of the day we were staying and the next, but the manager refused to commit in a mail. The next morning despite assurance of a formal mail about the refund as payment was not immediately possible, there was nothing. After insisting, a short mail was sent promising 1 day's refund. We checked out at 10.30am. After about 2 days, 1 day's refund was done without the additional bed charges including the day we did not stay( we were charged for a bed we did not use) Throughout the stay there were no efforts to make us comfortable. The breakfast was lack lustre and just average with runny scrambled eggs. Definitely not going to trust the Neemrana brand again. Beautiful property, horrible management.

GGuest UserHey dear traveller, I went to Zostel kochi during my initial days of backpacking and I had absolutely amazing experience with Zostel fort kochi and the hosts are really amazing people, the ambience and other stuffs in the property are really cool for the backpackers. The best thing I felt is card games and rooftop is a really nice space to chill-out. If you love exploring some historical places and some amazing art cafe's that depicts the ancient culture and tradition of kochi, the Zostel kochi will be a great place to be. There are a lots of places to explore in kochi and close to kochi. I highly recommend Zostel kochi for the people planning to make a destination in kochi. Thank you so much renel and naijeen for the wonderful experience in fort kochi.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.

GGuest UserAmazing staff and very beautiful and stylish hotel. The architecture, the rooms, the gardens and pool are really beautiful, sensitive to local styles as well as super comfortable. The pool was very refreshing after a day out in the hot weather and very clean. I had an extremely relaxing Ayurvedic massage in the treatment room with a very experienced practitioner. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room is fresh and charming. But most of all, the staff were incredible! They were there for my every need and provided advice and even booked my train onward train ticket and arranged for me to be taken to the station early in the morning. Its in an interesting location with a theatre right next door. I cannot recommend the wonderful hotel highly enough.

Air conditioning was auto set at 27 degrees in every room, so even after feeling that hot in kochi, i was not able to lower the temperature. 3. My checkout time was 12pm but i was asked to checkout at 11 am only. I complained but hotel agreed till 11:30.

Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
