Good clean room. No view from the window (just 1.5m to another building wall). A little big dark inside. Slow internet. The location is perfect. 2-3 min walk to old city center. Helpful staff.

ボトルの水がなくなると、タダで持ってきてくれました。
チェックアウトは11:00でしたが、深夜の飛行機に乗るので夜まで預かってくれたうえ、タクシーも呼び価格交渉までしてくれ、とにかく親切な方ばかりでした。
またフォーコーチに来たら泊まろうと思います。

We had to book this hotel as our original hotel booking was cancelled at last moment. It’s a Small hotel located near beach in Fort kochi with minimal amenities, average hygiene. Rooms are spacious with large bed and long study table. There were no Toiletries except one small hand wash soap. Cupboard was broken, Bathroom exhaust was not working, no regulator for fan. It was not fixed despite our repeated calls during our 4 day stay. We didn’t opted for any food as this hotel has Hookah bar and its stench is all through the rooftop restaurant. Refrigerator is not available in rooms though its shown in images. Go there only if you have budget constraints

The stay at hotel bright heritage was average. Rooms were clean. On the downside, no towels were provided for two guests, no kettle or a provision for boiling water was present. The receptionist was demanding check-out time was 11am on 19-01-2024, even though at the time of booking and in the hotel room instructions it was 12 noon. Very bad attitude at the reception at the time of check-out.

The room wasnt very clean, bathroom slightly dirty. Bedsheet was torn and had holes. The neighboring room was super loud till late and drinking alcohol. No hot water and the fan only had 1 speed.
