Had an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son.
Even restaurant food was really good

We loved the service and ambiance of thus hotel. The welcoming hospitality started at front desk..and continued through out the hotel during our stay. A ten hotel for sure! Excellent service all around. The staff went above and beyond to help celebrate my susters birthday. Great support staff and true hospitality. The in room dining and the restaurants were excellent. Great menus and variety. The wait staff were amazing too. The front desk manager Mr Sravan and staff Navani, Nickson, Sajimon were awesome! Wait staff Ashwin, Athira, Suja, Sebin, Abishek, vishnu priya and many others (i cannot remember all names)in the (best buffet )restaurant were very service oriented and attentive......... Pleasant and cheerful all around

****** is the highlight for our trip to kochi. Before visiting there I was skeptical about location after reading various reviews. But we had no issues of travel from wellingdon to fort kochi area. Autos and cabs are readily available and takes just 15-20min to connect you to the main attractions In fact I would suggest that all ppl freely stay here in spacious 5 star property over the heritage old look hotels in Forr kochi which are expensive and small. Best points of ****** 1. Huge room size and clean washrooms. The heritage rooms are on the ground floor and executive on 1st and 2nd. All are equally comfortable. 2. The friendly staff Mr Krishna Kumar and Mr shyaam were over committed and always ready to help. 3. The bell captain Sudershanan and the trainee Shreyash were very active and guest friendly. 5 stars to their hospitality 4. The food and buffet were outstanding with the best variety and food options. The staff there like ms avantika were very polite and helpful Highly recommend this property with pool, greenery, open space, gym and indoor carrom for guests. Ps- You can opt to travel in morning via ferry. Welligdon to fort kochi however in evening prefer direct cabs or auto to return to hotel.

We had a staycation there. Stay was calm and peaceful. Had the dinner and breakfast buffet, food was the best!! Really amazing spread of veg and non veg food all of which tasted great. The pool was also well maintained, wasn’t crowded. Great ambiance overall and had an amazing time!

Rooms were spacious. Nice swimming pool. All the staffs are friendly. Excellent food. I had a memorable stay.. Great location for people who wants peace. Away from city life... Will recommend with friends. Looking forward to come again..
