Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, good swimming pool, decent breakfast spread and great location. Walkable from palarivattom metro station. The exterior of the hotel, the reception/lobby and the lift are something they can improve to make it look attractive as they seem to be looking old.

Ambiance of hotel excellent. Room 404 allowed in 4th floor. However room drizzles throughout musty. Staff mopped up once but it drizzles continuously till i checked out hotel at 6am on 3. 10. 24. Pl convey my feeling of displeasure n your rating can come down.

Excellent ambience. Since it was a holiday hotel was crowded. Breakfast area was also crowded. They had a software isssue to access lift with room key hence we had to depend on hotel staff to go to swimming pool and back to room. Rest all were fantastic. Food is excellent

A look wise room was good but operationally it was pathetic. Price of such room is 7k per night worthless. I’ll tell you why. I was allotted a mini suite room without a smart tv. How come suite room does not have a smart tv. A doors of room ***** with internal washroom and all was literally giving scary noises like the cracked ones. Apart from that shower oh my god i was so happy at-least it was in working condition pathetic. And most importantly hospitality from staff not at all welcoming.
