Holiday Inn Cochin

The room look new but the room is old. A lot of area to be improve.

Friendly service and great location .Food is good

The hotel was not accepted as we thought.

Overall experience was great, pool was under maintenance at the time of my stay other than that I enjoyed my stay

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

Osm location , Excellent service and satisfactory taste buds is what makes IHG Kochi unique . IHG Kochi adds a touch of the local flavour to its cuisines other than the usual continental taste which is same at most of the IHG Hotels . I may have missed a few names ,but I can say service is Top class. Pre boarding experience ,proactive approach and arranging a surprise shows the service request exemplaray experience provided by Praveen . I see Ashish as an amazing team player and problem solver ,if anyone has an issue approach him he will resolve and provide you an enthralling experience. Ashish surprised me with a Xmas cake during one of my stay and made it feel special. Renjitha provides you with an osm welcoming experience and recognising you as an IHG member. Sohail the smart boy with a pleasant outlook , from Navi Mumbai has given me a Gr8 checkout experience and ensured providing me a digital copy of the bill and adjustment of the rewards . In room dining is well managed by few young boys Alan, Ashwin & CHOUDHARY. Restaurant dining at the Masala has the name offers a blend of Savoury . Abhirami ,Sumaitha , Narmada ,Gokul, Manjunath, Dennis, Southampton, Nikhil ,Vishak provide a Gr8 welcoming experience and suggestions. Overall breakfast is Gr8 excepts service quality drops between 7.30 am to 8.30am. Don't order Dosa's during this hour you may need to wait longer. Lunch & Dinner Buffet is not so costly and if you are an IHG member you get Gr8 discounts. Overall excellent location, Awesome Guest experience and Top class service is that makes IHG stay memorable.

Its a lovely stay i had from the holiday in. Cochin i would like to mention the hospitality in staff of each and everyone very helpfull from the coheckin to checkout i felt like a home .... i will come back soon ... thank you holiday inn for your wonderfull hospotality...💕💕
