A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

Stayed here at the end of January, and what a wonderful stay it was! From the clean and well-appointed rooms, to the warm and welcoming staff, and the absolutely delicious food, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our only grouse was that the pool was being treated for the entire duration of our stay and that we couldn't go swimming as we had wanted to. However, Annu at reception more than made up for it by giving us some spa treatments instead. I must also mention your head chef, Aijesh, who went out of his way to make sure we got to sample all our favourite foods. These two are a tremendous asset to your company and should be recognised for the exemplary service they provide. All in all, a wonderful time, and we cannot wait to visit again!

We wrapped up our incredible trip to India with a four-day stay at the Marriott at Forum Mall in Kerala, and we truly wish we had spent more time here. This hotel was an absolute highlight of our journey! The property is beautifully designed, combining elegance and comfort seamlessly. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Abhishek, the bartender, who was exceptional! His knowledge, professionalism, and helpful attitude made our evenings at the bar memorable. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work. The amenities were top-notch, and we were impressed by the variety and quality of the restaurant buffet. There were so many delicious options, catering to a range of tastes. Overall, the Marriott at Forum Mall exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return in the future! Highly recommend!

Good experience in my life. Excellent mixologist. Good cocktail i ever experienced. Improve your welcome snacks to impress customers.give healthy bar snacks. Provide DJ on weekend. And add offers on every day. More important give healthy snacks on Bar

Excellent hotel, in all respects. One of the very best I've ever stayed in. Super clean. Beautiful design, as well. Food is great; also it's adjacent to the Forum Mall, convenient. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Mr. Aditya at the front desk particularly was extremely helpful.

It’s was a great experience. The restaurant, in room facilities etc was exciting. Would suggest to friends for sure. The balcony view and the ambiance was mesmerising. The direct access to mall also increase the quality of being here. One of the best stays in kochi.

Had a wonderful stay for 6 nights. We got upgraded to room with backwaters view. Thanks to the staff who were always welcoming with smile. Buffet was good with widespread options. Their Bangalore dosa and cheese omelette are a must try. Also their inhouse restaurant Meen by Chef pillai must not be missed. Tried their signature dishes suggested by the staff and it was finger licking good.
