The hotel is very good overall, large and complete. The lobby, restaurant and corridors are beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the buffet for the New Year's Eve dinner. The location of the hotel is very good, not far from JR Maiko Station. The highlight is that you can see the Akashi Cross-sea Bridge outside the room window, which is beautiful day and night. The small green building in the picture is the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. The small disadvantage is that the facilities in the room are a bit old

Pretty long ago, I stayed with my mother for one night ２ days, the second time I visited ． the beauty of the foreign country at that time, and I was able to relax, and I couldn't forget the wonderful memories, and I let him come with me this time. ． The view from the window as well as last time, it's beautiful, and there's a nice music flowing, and the tension has risen from the moment I entered the room． And this time, I wanted to go to a nice lounge slowly. So I arrived to meet the time immediately after check-in．The lounge has light snacks and cookies, drinks are wine, champagne, raw beer, orange juice, coffee, etc. The free service in the mountains was very satisfying． I had dinner with it, so I got it at the restaurant, but here it was a meal while enjoying the illumination of Akashi Ohashi ． less And the thing that was unfortunate was that there was one meal, and the volume was on, and the chair in the room was made of plastic, so the butt was very cold． The room service breakfast I was looking forward to looks bright and luxurious, but none of them were cold and not good by one ． As a person, it feels delicious even if it is cold * sun I felt that it would be better to change the taste of the thing, such as do, fruit sandwich, cutlet sandwich, to the first thing I thought about ． And the soup was cold, so if it was warm, it was delicious. I thought I would ． coffee was delicious with a pot ． I wrote a lot of things, but overall, I thought the room was clean and very nice hotel. Yes．

An awesome hotel with excellent facility and services. Spacious, grand, quiet and clean. However, the cost of swimming pool is at high side.

Chose this hotel as I was attached by the line” renovated in 2023” in trip.com. It did not live up to my expectation as the room was rather old esp carpet, not feeling it’s clean. The twin beds were small while the picture didn’t show that they were that small. Well, the description was like 0.9-1.4m wide so I can’t blame anyone given it’s a wide range in the bed size. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The view was great. All in all, it’s not a bad experience if you can manage yourself with the misnomer description of “renovation”.

The hotel is very close to the train station and delightful European quarter and 1 stop from the restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a wide range of Western and Japanese choices. I particularly enjoyed the soft scoop on tap with expresso machine. The room is very clean.

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay a few months ago before tourism opened back up. Highly recommend this place for people who are into more private, chill time. Loved the concept of this ryokan because instead of shared baths there were numerous choices of private baths throughout the property! Each needed to be booked in advance for a 45 minute session. They had an online reservation system but I think it was only in Japanese (my husband's native language) so I can't comment on that. Our room was fantastic; modern and huge, but still had charm. I think we were in Suite 13 which had its own private bath which you could open up the huge windows to a nice tranquil view of greenery. I liked that the entry had a super long hallway which helped with any noise (so quiet!). Personal touches such as selecting a complimentary gift (small drawstring bag) and fruit tray was noticed and appreciated. They were also very helpful to find us a restaurant to eat dinner at on a Sunday night (since we opted to not have the course dinner) - it was a delightful local meal ran by a married couple! I wish I remembered the name but it was izakaya home cooking style and so delicious. The breakfast on property was AWESOME. I opted to get the Western Style and my husband the Japanese. Such presentation and variety and a perfect start to our day. We would definitely be back to visit this place. They made us feel very welcome and relaxed! Arigatou gozaimasu *bow*

We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。
