Close to the nearest Oishi station and was like a residential area. I had to transfer to Koshien Stadium and Himeji. Only shower, but I think it is better for the main tourist than accommodation. There was a drag store next to it, and it was convenient to buy a little snack.

It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place. our previous stay was in 2015, hence we are back again. the design of the rooms was fantastic and realistic! Room space were large and practical. Along to way from the train station to the hotel, we were greeted by some local GROs - they were so KAWAII! Also,. DON DONKI is just nearby - we bought some necessities there. What's disappointing on the entrance to the hotel, was there ramp to the up and only escalator to the front desk. I only there is a elevator some corner, but there are lack of signs to show it. Next, the shower room requires through cleaning as able to spot some hairs and water marks from previous guests.

I went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. I stayed here for 3 days this time and it was really great. I booked a 14m2 room, but found it was too big. Maybe I upgraded it to an 18m2 room! I believe it is enough to open two large luggage, and it has a desk and a sofa bed. Bottled water was not provided unless requested at the front desk. The toilet is also very large and has a bathtub. It is not as small as other business-type hotel toilets. The only drawback is that the wash basin is designed to easily bounce off clothes and the water pipe is also very close to the wash basin. I happened to go to Kobe Animal Kingdom and bought it successfully, which was an unexpected surprise! It is about 4 minutes away from Jinki bus station, 6-7 minutes away from JR and port liner, and about 8-9 minutes away from Hanshin/Hankyu. , the location is very convenient. It's the best for this price! I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and I can say this is the best for about 50 dollars. The hotel is at Sannomiya station and the room is clean and huge compared to many hotels in Japan. The TV is big too with large screen and YouTube Netflix channel. Staff is friendly and nice and they all have English service so don't worry about it. I will definitely stay at Brenza hotel again if I ever come to Kobe. I really recommend it to anyone who plan to visit Kobe.
