I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kobe Portopia Hotel, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning location. It's without a doubt that I would wholeheartedly give this establishment a well-deserved 5-star rating.

I went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about １ｍ away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.

It's not bad. Compared with the 16-square-meter one I stayed in a few days ago, this 18-square-meter one is indeed larger and more spacious to the naked eye. The storage space is well designed. In a country like Japan where land is at a premium, living in this area at this price is very impressive. What can I say about the location of the hotel? According to my habits, walking more than 10 minutes from the subway or the center of the business district is not considered optimal. This hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the Sannomiya business district, which is not particularly bad. But it's not on the main road, so it's relatively quiet.

It was my first use. The room was old or old because of the deterioration, but the cleaning was firm. And above all, the staff was kind and polite. I always used the hotel crown palace, but I made this hotel because I had the use of Kobe Airport the next day. I knew the same series as the hotel crown palace and thought, ”I'm sure,,”. Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00, but even if you check in at 14:00, the room can only be seen in an apartment or something when you open the window on the south side of the 5th floor. When I asked, it was said that it was crowded with overseas groups. It seems to be good to use it when you just stay. It's a hotel for groups rather than individuals. The reservation was online, but I have to see the vacancy every day, so I think it would be nice to have a week or 10 days on the list. The TV was 50 inches and it was spectacular. Breakfast was good, but it is crowded when you are with the group, so it is better to ask in advance.

At Minatogawa Shrine at Kobe Station, you can feel the air changing in an instant just by going up to the precincts. In the morning, I can only find the traces of cleaning at high , but it is refreshing, and it is especially good to hear the sound of the forest in the back of the tomb in the left, and it is the sanctuary of Kusunoki who wants to buy breakfast at the convenience store and always want to be more. At the front desk, despite the ”Omakase” room, we had a room overlooking such a shrine. I think it's difficult to serve customers as the spread of infectious diseases, but I'm glad that you are kind. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

It is convenient to walk from Shinkaiji Station and Asahikawa Park. Because it is winter, there is an air cleaner with a humidifier and it was saved. The room was old, but it was spread for a business hotel. There were many kinds of breakfast and Japanese style, and it was delicious.
