The hotel seems to have no breakfast. When I started, I didn’t know why it was only for adults. Later, I realized that it was really a couple hotel for couples and couples. It really has some 18-year-old content, so it would be nice if the young couple came to live. More recommended, the location is a bit far from the subway station.

Room is very clean and is maintained at very good condition. Several minutes walk to Sannomiya railway stations where you would find some shopping areas. Walkable distance to some tourist spots like Kitano Ijinkan and Nunobiki Herb Gardens.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful. I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

The location is close to the Shinjuku Line of Hanshin Line and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is not small, the room is not small, but it belongs to the lover hotel, usually the front desk can not see the waiter. Deliver food to the room in the morning. The bathroom is large, there is a microwave oven, the refrigerator is fixed as a grid for drinks, and it is not convenient to put other things. There are 2 canteens nearby, which is convenient for eating. In the previous stop, there was a supermarket in the last stop. After the last stop, there was a king in the Yuying station. I often got off the bus and went back after dinner. The hotel is surrounded by the famous Japanese sake production area. You can walk to the exhibition halls and buy wines at various major wineries to make a special tour of sake.

The reservation order shows a double bed or a double bed, which can accommodate two people. I booked to register the passports of two adult men. When I went to the hotel, I only arranged a big bed. I asked Ctrip to deal with it. However, I couldn't do anything about it. The maximum compensation was 100 yuan. I'm really short of that 100 yuan. Too disappointed with Ctrip. I will choose booking and ** in the future. thanks.

It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place.
