Hotel is centrally located - easy to drive around with the parking lots behind. I highly recommend the triple room for families ! A lot of space ! We greatly enjoyed our stay! The Indian restaurant has great tandoori chicken- give it a try! Thank you again !!!

We had booked a private double room and I was amazed at the size of it. I was happy that it was Japanese style. Very comfortable bed, table in case you want to have a picnic in the room from Seven Eleven :) and bathroom facilities very clean. Also you have a free drink included with your stay - alcoholic or non alcoholic (we have not used ours though). The common parts of the hostel are so dark that it can give an impression it is not so clean, but to be honest I have not really checked. It is a little hidden and might be difficult to find.

Ctrip said that this apartment type requires a shared bathroom, but the one I stayed in has a separate toilet and shower. The hotel didn't seem to have a front desk all the time. When I arrived, I had to wait for a while before someone came to greet me. After a brief check-in, I used a mobile phone translator to explain the check-in instructions. After being led to the room, I also introduced the situation of the room. It's just that the sound insulation is slightly poor, and you can hear the door opening and closing next door clearly. The next morning, I left early and didn't see the staff, so I left my keys at the front desk and left on my own. The location is quite convenient. After getting off the Hanshin Line from Sannomiya Station, it's about 200 meters uphill, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Meriken Park.

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.
