Not close to the Kobe city and decoration is old. But the price is reasonable. Hotel's buffet breakfast makes me surprised, there are many food for selection and delicious.
Good stay for self driving person, good.
I arrived at Kansai Airport at 7pm and stayed there for a night before heading to Arima Onsen. The hotel location, sauna facilities, and breakfast were all good, but there was some water on the floor of the sauna facility, so it didn't look sanitary, and there were no yukatas provided in the room, so I wore regular clothes. That didn't mean I was uncomfortable, but seeing other guests wearing the yukatas provided in the room and going to the hot springs made me feel discriminated against for booking through Trip.com. If that's the case, then I shouldn't have booked through a travel site. I don't think I'll stay here again.
I was able to borrow shampoo, treatment, body milk, etc., and they also gave me free snacks, so I was very grateful for this service at this price!
I'll use it again when I visit Kobe.

Overall it’s good, it’s a bit old, the sanitation is average, but the room is quite big, the price is quite high, and there are large windows. The sun is very good. It’s much better than a commercial hotel. It’s a bit old. It should be an old hotel. If you go to the nearby business trip, you will go to live again.
If we ignore the ”Love Hotel” connotation, which can be a little confusing at first, the hotel is fantastic, and for this price (during the week), it's VERY difficult to find equivalent quality.
A huge TV is opposite the bed, and with a little fiddling with the cables, you can even put your computer on it...
The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom is large and luxurious, frankly superb, I've rarely stayed in such a good hotel.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the nearest station isn't right next door, the only minor complaint.
I would happily return!!!
Great hotel.Great value for money when we stayed.Location excellen bring near the shops and food establishments.zKpbe is well worth a visit and in reality it's as good if not better than Osaka. Room sizes were good. Would definitely stay again here at this hotel.
It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station.
The location is convenient and the environment is OK.
The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.
The hotel is in a great location, and the room I booked was quite spacious with a nice wide bed. It's good that they have a laundry room, but with only three washer-dryers, the wait times can be quite long during busy periods. One day, I missed the 10 AM deadline for putting out the 'Please Clean Room' sign by just ten minutes, and unfortunately, my room wasn't cleaned that day. While I understand rules are there for a reason, a little more flexibility in service would be appreciated. Also, ice machines are only available on two floors, which is a slight inconvenience.
The restaurant on the hotel's second floor was excellent. I had dinner there, and the dishes were all very well-prepared. I just realized I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I'll share a couple of pictures of Kobe instead.
Located in the central business district, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hanshin Sannomiya Station. The walk itself is quite enjoyable, lined with numerous restaurants, gourmet food stalls, and chic boutiques, so the distance wasn't an issue at all. Considering the price, the room was more than satisfactory – clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was also excellent. I even found that paying directly at the front desk upon arrival offered a slightly better rate than booking for the next day, making it fantastic value for money. This place is a paradise for shoppers, with a The North Face store right downstairs and other popular brands like Arc'teryx, Mont-bell, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Issey Miyake just a stone's throw away. The area still feels quite local and hasn't been heavily touristed, offering a more genuine and relaxed Japanese experience. The hotel's proximity to the sea also offers a delightful evening stroll to the port, where you can enjoy quiet, undisturbed views. The gentle night air and boundless romantic serenity were truly therapeutic.
THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED, CLOSE TO THE SEA, THE PORT, YOU CAN TAKE A WALK IN THE EVENING. IT IS ALSO LOCATED ON THE STREET OF FAMOUS BOUTIQUES AND CLOSE TO THE STATION. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS, THERE IS GOOD FURNITURE, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND NICE PAJAMAS. THE STAFF IS NICE, THEY QUICKLY RESPOND TO QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECKING IN.
