The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located near the station and it is walking distance to Kyoto station. It's clean and safe.

頭一次入住這樣的酒店，男女混着的，半夜神經緊張不能入睡，最後，還把鞋穿錯人了，大家可以把鞋用袋子收起來，避免穿錯，半夜早晚沒有服務員，打電話也不接。周圍購物吃飯方便

很乾凈，位置也很方便，就在元町，離港口非常靜，就在旅館後沿着這個美人魚雕塑上天橋後一直走，白天看海，晚上看燈。

極差，超噁心的地方，0分。登記入住時不知道是不是看我拿着中國護照，就能明顯感覺到對方一臉懷疑的態度，對我長期詢問，要求我仔細閲讀完全部英文規定，好像約法三章的意思。還説大廳晚上11點關燈不許使用，必須回房間，而房間裏不許吃東西。要求我填寫所有訊息，包括中國的住址電話和Email。我中國的住址電話關他一家日本破旅館什麼事？當時就感到很不舒服。在日本住了10天，其他酒店都是客客氣氣，沒有一家是這樣的態度。我要求退房不想住了，堅持不肯退款，説你不住可以自由退房離開，但是不能退款。見我坐在門口用手機和攜程客服聯繫協調，不但不退款，還一直催促我get out出去。像沒見過錢一樣，給所有日本人丟了臉。整間旅舍除了我們自己一個其他客人都沒有。看起來很快就要倒閉了。最後始終協商未果，我不放心在那裡住了，訂了一間其他酒店離開。我隔天在三/宮JR旅遊案內所進行了投訴。我就是要告訴日本人，不要總以為中國人素質不行，你們國家一樣有******，丟了你們國家的臉。最後要感謝攜程的客服和投訴經理，非常幫忙，服務非常好，一直在努力幫我協調爭取，最後在旅舍不肯退款的情況下，攜程自己給我補償了一部分費用在攜程錢包，非常感謝。不愧是我長期出差出遊一直信賴的訂票訂房網站。

我給你説我忍了很久了，從昨天入住就開始，在登記的時候那個前台老頭態度就賊差，進門換拖鞋，你家門口連個標識都沒有，我怎麼知道要換拖鞋，還把我給吼出去，我又不是聾子，看不見還是怎麼滴？要你提醒好幾次，我説實話日本住了這麼多青旅，就你家這個比態度，怎麼歧視中國人麼？什麼比啊
