Hotel is located in Hankyu building. Near to JR West exit or Hankyu east exit. Hotel lobby is at level 17.
Excellent view from hotel lobby and room itself
However front counter rejected request to provide extra mineral water upon request, says strictly 2 bottles per night
Amenity bar provides toiletries but no shower cap.

The location of the hotel is superb as it was located at the Sannomiya station. You can easily identify the hotel building afar from nearby as it was one of the highest building in the district. There were tones of local restaurants and department stores nearby in walking distance. Public transportation was highly accessible to most of the tourist spots in Kobe.
The hotel receptionists was friendly and spoke fluent English. They always greeted the customers with cheerful smile and polite greetings whenever we stepped out from the elevator. For the room itself, it was clean and tidy, not extremely spacious but sufficient for opening up 2 suitcases. And the massage chair was definitely the icing on the cake in which I regarded it as the most unexpected yet satisfying element out of all of my three stays in Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka! It saved our exhausted, sore feet, back and neck every night after the long walk. Highly recommended this hotel for everyone!

It’s a new and very convenient hotel. Direct connected to the station and the room view is very nice with Kobe.

entry was a bit complicated to find (enter through subway station and go up elevator to 17th floor where their lobby is.) staff and location were fantastic.

A nice hotel that’s connecting to Sannomiya station, there are shops and restaurants nearby, very convenient indeed. The shower room design is good too.

Location is good, but room is small. Love the bathroom design.
Breakfast is basic - was expecting more and better options considering the price paid for.
Glad to find the airport limousine stop very nearby the hotel for Kansai airport.

Good location that is right at the station and very nice view on either side of the hotel. Space was well designed and did not feel claustrophobic with all the glass windows.
