Access is very good, room is clean and bathroom is roomy compared to most of the other business hotels. The wall is a little thin so you may hear voices from other rooms, but overall, I would recommend this place. There are various amenities and they lend out items like hair iron.

The staff was very responsive and I was able to spend a relaxing time in a quiet room. Amenities, welcome drinks, ice machines, washing machines, etc. are provided. It is within walking distance to Sannomiya Station. There was a Family Mart nearby which was convenient.

I arrived at the hotel about 20 minutes after making the reservation. Maybe it was because there was no reservation in the system and the reception at the front desk was very poor. As soon as we entered the room, crumbs of snacks fell out. There is another problem. There was a noise upstairs around four o'clock. The hotel staff didn't seem to manage it well.

This was my second time staying here. The hotel was very clean and I had no major complaints about the service. The only shops around the hotel were Family Mart, and there was an Osho and a Bikkuri Donkey a little further away. If you look around, there are a few bars here and there. It's quite far from Sannomiya Station. The room I stayed in had two outlets by the bed, two near the TV, and a USB (Type A) output, so it's a comfortable size for business use. However, when I was watching a channel on YouTube that I always watch, the loading couldn't keep up and I gave up. I was trying to figure out what to do with the remote, and it froze on loading the Blu-Ray, but I could watch terrestrial TV. I don't usually watch TV, so I gave up. I also requested a breakfast buffet, which was unavoidable as it was very delicious and had a wide variety of items, but I wonder if 1,980 yen is too expensive for breakfast. Even though the accommodation fee is reasonable, the cost of breakfast and, in my case, the parking lot cost about 6,000 yen for two days... However, even with all that in mind, I was satisfied with the inn.

I chose the cheapest room for 2 people. The bed is a bit small for a double bed and more like a 1-person bed. Everything else is very good and clean. Overall it is a good accommodation with complete facilities and supplies.

The entrance looks very grand, but the inside is shabby and the hygiene is average. Low cost performance. This hotel receives many tour groups.

A very recommended hotel, the lobby feels nice and the rooms are big. The bathtub in the bathroom is very large, which is a plus. In-room friend air purifier. There are ice cubes and microwaves on the sixth and tenth floors. The location is ten minutes' walk from Sannomiya Station, and the area where the hotel is located is very quiet. The price is beautiful and the price/performance ratio is very high.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. It's not too far but a little difficult to find. Since you arrive after dark, you still need to rely on mobile phone navigation. The room is small but clean and well-equipped.
