The service was very good and the amenities we can take as many as needed. The food was very good also. Though the staff did not call to remind for our checkout time and we were 30mins late to checkout, the hotel did not charge us since it was New Year as their compliment for their customer. So thank you so much Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe and looking forward to stay here again when we go back here in Kobe 😉

Access is very good, room is clean and bathroom is roomy compared to most of the other business hotels.
The wall is a little thin so you may hear voices from other rooms, but overall, I would recommend this place.
There are various amenities and they lend out items like hair iron.

It is a 10-minute walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station, the world's most complex transportation hub. Opposite is a small park, with several convenience stores nearby, a duty-free drugstore, and various fast food restaurants. Although they are not downstairs, you need to search for them. I recommend the 500 yen poor set meal of three small dishes and a draft beer at the standing izakaya.
