1、酒店的環境很好，衞生清潔，帶長者出行，所以選擇洋室房間，有床不會有站立難的問題，如果沒有此問題選擇和室房間應該更有味道
2、工作人員的服務熱情周到，有車站的接送，幫提行李並一直送到房間，講解詳細周到，房間備好冷熱的飲用水，茶水。大浴場前有休息飲茶的地方提供茶水及和果子，午餐去了酒店的工作人員推薦的餐廳也特別美味
3、晚餐、早餐種類豐富、健康並美味，晚餐料理的食材新鮮，有媽媽沒有吃過的鱈魚子很特別，生魚片/鮑魚等食材品質都很好！和牛也非常好吃！
4、有馬温泉的温泉水很有效果，泡完特別舒服，皮膚滑嫩，功療性好，值得再來！

在各個平台看了無數的有馬温泉，生怕踩雷。温泉主打的就是躺平放鬆，設施和服務太重要。抱着忐忑的心情，到了兆楽。最後體驗就是，下次帶爸媽來！從進門開始到離開酒店，入住、泡湯、料理（煎和牛太好吃😋）、住宿、接駁、伴手禮、退房，一切都無可挑剔。大家放心定這一家。
另：電車站離酒店雖然不遠，但兆楽在山上，拖着行李箱走上去很具體。一定提前和酒店溝通好，讓到電車站接一下。

兆楽温泉度假酒店套房很大，家庭出遊主打一個互不打擾，定的一泊二食早晚餐是送到房間吃的，懷石日料品種不多但勝在食材新鮮，酒店的露天風呂很大，含金湯和銀湯一定要泡！前台有位服務員會講中文溝通無障礙，酒店接駁車非常方便來往温泉小鎮的車站，便利店，觀光案內所，簡直不要太方便，我一天可以來回7-8趟。因為第二天換了一家温泉酒店，兆楽接駁車很貼心的把我們送到古泉閣，簡直nice！必須好評！酒店接駁車號碼81 78 904 0666，到了有馬温泉站可以聯繫酒店來接站！

房間很大，也很乾凈。位子也還算方便，還有接駁車隨時可以要求接送。
晚餐有幾檔時間可以選，最晚七點半。
總體的服務還不錯。非常日式傳統。就是本來放在桌上的一對耳環少了一衹。收桌子的時候收走了一個，問服務人員的時候，一開始説不知道，後來突然拿出來了。。。
