First off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the "Portliner" a few stops.
No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked.
I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far).
Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna ＞ cold tub cycles more than anything.
Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected.
Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great.
Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!

Great hotel, great value for money, easy to find, convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable, great hot springs. The hotel is European style, spacious for 3 people, I was so happy that I forgot to take pictures of the room, but took pictures of the view outside the window!

The night view is beautiful! Very cost-effective. Suitable for long-term vacation, and close to Sannomiya Station by train, very convenient. I also went there to get a haircut. It was a very happy journey.

There is nothing on the island, you can only take a taxi to the other side. But the service is very good, the room is clean, but it is too small and the price is a bit expensive

I stayed here the day before Seventeen's fan meet! It was easy to access from Nakakoen Station, the rooms were clean, there were plenty of amenities, the bath was open 24 hours a day, and there was a sauna too!! I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance!

The price is reasonable. You can go up to the rooftop to enjoy the scenery at night. There is a bathhouse. There is a convenience store near the hotel. You can drive to the zoo or the city in 10 minutes. It is a good choice.

Both the front desk and the rooms were stylish. I guess this is what the vintage hotel name means.
The hotel was generally clean, but I was bothered by the dirty edge of the toilet in the room.
I was able to relax and soothe my tired body in the large communal bath.
There was a Family Mart next door on the first floor, which was convenient.
It would have been better if there was a shuttle bus.
I had to walk a bit from the station.
I think the size of the room was commensurate with the price.
