It is located in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the station and restaurants. There is also a parking lot, and a cafe next door where you can enjoy delicious toast and drinks. It is a very comfortable hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again!

This was my first time staying here, and I made a reservation because I wanted to sightsee in the Kitano area. It was a good location for sightseeing. As my luggage was heavy, I took a taxi to get there and back, but the staff were polite and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, as was the curry. The Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens can be reached by ropeway in about 15 minutes from the hotel, via a mountain-like hike. It's a fun place if you're in good shape. It's not a large-scale hotel, and the people staying there seem to be calm, so even a woman staying alone felt at ease. I'd like to stay here again next time. Thank you.

房間很乾凈 早餐不錯

繁華街までは、歩いて10分くらいでした。 車で行きましたが、駐車場代金が500円とかなり格安でした😊

除了酒店位置需要爬坡以外，沒什麼缺點

The staff were friendly and the room is pretty good. But it’s a bit far from sanyoonamiya station and it is on the hill.

Lands on a quiet great historic district of Kobe. Surrounded with classic tourist spots but less noise compared to the downtown. F Crisp and fresh air than the down below neon area.

It was close to the Ijinkan and other places, and also convenient for going out for dinner. I think it's old, but it was clean. Our family of three stayed in two rooms, but for some reason there was only one of each item in the larger room, so it was inconvenient to have to go to the two smaller rooms on the same floor to get the supplies.

I was able to spend a comfortable time at a very beautiful hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were well-cleaned, so there was nothing to be done about it. I had a request regarding room placement, and we were on the same floor as a group of guests, so we were bothered by the sounds of people talking in the hallway, children running around, and people going back and forth to the room. As individual guests prefer a quiet stay, I would like to be on a different floor from group guests.

The room was clean, the bathroom was a little spacious and clean. The windows opened wide and had an air purifier. However, be careful of mosquitoes. The breakfast was as expected and very satisfying, and I also ate there at night, and was very satisfied with the attentive service and high-quality food.
