One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though).
Modern yet real onsen.
The staff is extremely polite and helpful.
The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical.

Very nice Ryokan with Onsen , serve very special Kaiseki Dinner . Suggestion to the hotel to provide more pillow option .

Very nice and cosy ryokan with beautiful interiors, perfect personnel service and onsen. Private bath was great. Also we liked bath with hot water on the balcony in a room. Good location in Arima.
