The room is not sound proof. The towel and bed a bit dirty. But suitable for short stay and backpacker. For family not suggested due to no lift only stairs. I just stay for 1 night just to travel to cameron next day. Very near to go to cameron

Nice to book if you want to stay less in hotel and travel more in city. Connectivity is good but no services available. For every small thing you need to go out and purchase the same.

Food is fabulous surrounding this neat & well maintained hotel. Staffs & Management was very courteous, friendly and hospitable. There is a 7-11 just a few steps away from this property with many ammeneties and personal items jyst in case you need. Not to mention the convenience of drinks, smokes & snacks if you need it midnight. Parking is very convenient right in front of the Hotel but municiple attendents starts summoning cars after 8am if you forget to pay for the Parking fees... Other than that, i will definitely choose This Hotel again Whenever i visit Ipoh city... Ohhh btw, there is a Nanyang Village Restaurant just opposite Lotus Mall nearby the hotel...food is fabulous and lobing owners Jim & Amy are very good chefs preparing such GOOD Breakfast & lunch... GOOD to pop by to Enjoy too😍😍😍😎🍭🍭🍭

The network is very poor. WiFi is equal to nothing. Can't get on the network. It is frustrating. The other thing hit me even more: the musty smell of the air conditioner was serious. Because the room had no windows, it was forced to open and use. Although I have paid for a two-night room, I don't want to give up. It's too late to find another place to stay, and I have to endure until dawn. Now I'm worried about the infection in my lungs, God bless!

Location is good, roottop have a nice swimming pool. The bad thing is, sound proof are bad, tenant beside our room come back at midnight door closing sound wake us up

Room very clean and new. 15-20 minutes distance from town . Actually it's suitable for family trip.

Location is surrounding with lot of restaurants.only took 5-7 min to Aquatic centre. There is washer in the unit but no hanger or place to hang the clothes. Overall is ok

Everything is in good condition but the cleanliness of the toilet is not satisfactory.
