Service was impeccable. This is a traditional Japanese style hotel (Ryokan), and we stayed in a separate house with private onsen bath room, living room and bedroom, as well as a small terrace. The room was excellent. Meals were sent to your room by friendly staff. Food was fantastic.

At first, I was confused because it was under renovation and it was closed for business. When I rang the front bell, the staff kindly explained things. Everything from room information to how to use the bathing facilities. The facilities were quite good for the price, and I could feel the feeling of a ryokan. Of course it was clean, and the bathing facilities even had a mini hot spring. It was a bit cold due to the nature of the ryokan, but it was okay because there was a kotatsu. Accessibility is near Uchinomaki Station, but it's a mountain road so you can't go anywhere at night. I think it will be very convenient for those using a rental car. The property even has its own free parking lot!

The morning Viking is a 10F restaurant, so you can see Kumamoto Jo castle that took the Asahi in front of you. The Viking was delicious as well. There was ”Kumamoto Ramen” and I made a morning rake on the last day. The size of the room and the hardness of the bed are satisfactory, but because the room light is small, I want another standlight and the bathroom faucet can be set to temperature I'm grateful. Stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The room was clean and easy to spend. There is a tatami mats, so you can go go go. The bed is a bit hard, but it is not difficult to sleep. The open-air bath can hear the sound of the car because it is all over the city, but there is a cherry blossom and it is not visible from the surroundings, and the curtain for completely blocking is also installed, so if you are concerned, you can use it. The water was clean and easy to use. The outlet is hardly close to the floor, under the TV, under the bed, the bathroom and the air cleaner. If the charging cable is short, the tablet will be charged at the bed. If the charging cable is long, you can extend it from the TV and put the tablet on the tatami mats to charge. It was because it was a room near the coin laundry on the 3 floor, and I heard the sound of the washing machine. However, I was able to spend it without worrying about it. It is also convenient that the next door is seven eleven. I didn't use breakfast buffet because of corona. The hotel receptionist is a sister in a T-shirt, and there is no atmosphere called ”Hotel Man”, but I was able to check in and check out smoothly, and there is no rudeness. It was a very good hotel with location, newness and cleanliness.

I few steps away from the station. The building looks renovated from an older one by the inside facilities are up to standards. I always love the breakfast where they include local dishes and materials.

Near the historic site but not so near to the JR station. It was a rainy day so we had some trouble moving our luggage to the JR station. The hotel itself is good. Rooms are not big but its good enough. Onsen was very crowded after dinner but there were lovely treats prepared for us.

We stayed for one night from July 9 (Sat) and stayed with a couple in the Japanese style room ”Nikwa” on the third floor. There were many items and all were very delicious, but I thought that the red beef of the heart was a little fat and the mountain woman fish was quite small. The service was made to be a woman from Nepal, but there were several points that I was worried about, such as vertically distributing rectangular dishes of incense. I think this is a problem of staff training. Overall, it is a very old established inn with a very historical style, and it is well understood that it is carefully maintained, and it is thought that it is a hot spring inn with a taste. I felt that the charm of this inn was exhausted by the word ”good quality hot spring”.

There are restaurants and convenience stores in Kumamoto Station premises, so you can eat and drink without going to downtown areas such as kasushima Cho. The earplug is an amenities, but there is no effect near the person who has a big ibiki. Please stay after recognizing that there is such a thing that people who care about sound are concerned. However, compared to other dormitories and capsule hotels, I think there is a cleanliness and cleanliness that draw a line. Bicycle rental is also done and 500 yen for 8 ~ 20 o'clock use.
