Great services. Ultra clean rooms. Jeremiah ensured our space was spotless and was super helpful to our needs. Highly recommend the deluxe suit. On higher floors the better. Great stay to be honest. Looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks kwetu folks.

Amazing experience all around!! By far the nicest staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone was so kind and helpful at all times. The rooms are very nice and modern, and housekeeping would make sure we’d always come back to a clean space (shoutout to Maxwell for being the sweetest and checking in with us to make sure we were happy with how he cleaned and organized our belongings)! We as a family have traveled all over the world, and this hotel breakfast/restaurant is by far the BEST food/buffet we have ever had! Genuinely the most amazing experience with the most amazing people! So sad to leave, but we will absolutely be back!

Excellent all the way round! Highly recommend the hotel, it has excellent facilities and wonderful staff. From the front desk team, to the restaurant team and the house keeping team - we received such excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There are many great people on the team including Maxwell, Nancy, Olive, Agnes and Janet.

Modern hotel, friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Nairobi. Closely situated to golf courses, restaurants and a forest where guests are permitted to take a walk. It also boasts a modern gym, swimming pool and a couple of restaurants within the hotel.

the hotel and staff provided good service and great housekeeping. the restaurants had great food as well as service with no complaints from out side. the hotel has all the things you could imagine making it a very homey place. would definitely recommend to friends and family

Fantastic location, very close to the forest where you can jog or walk in stunning surroundings. Breakfast is delicious, don't miss out on it. The rooms are fresh and well equipped. Room attendants Jeremiah and Elizabeth keep the rooms perfect. I didn't use the pool but did do a session in the gym. Lots of equipment but more importantly there is a personal trainer, Eli, who can give instruction and motivation. The hotel is very new and not even finished yet, so we are looking forward to returning to see it completed.

Kwetu Hotel is a modern and eloquently designed hotel in the heart of Kitusuru. Very Good Experience So far. Also Excellent Service at the Gym N Spa facilities. Very Professional Trainer. Mr. Elphaz Complimentary service to Karura Forest also offered. Highly Recommended. Thank you

Loved it!!! Agnes and Julian are great as well as the entire staff!! We are happy! Great beautiful stay - awesome food - rooms and balcony excellent - amenities and wine in room plus fruits and candies super plush! I cannot say enough just exquisite ❤️
