The word to sum up this lovely hotel with it's wonderful staff is.. Fantastic!! The hotel itself is dated, yes, however it has a kind of old world charm about it. Our impression from arriving to leaving was that we were stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s. Physically the building has echoes of a charming cruise liner, it is also perfectly positioned for everything the town and island has to offer. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and super attentive. The food was totally delicious and its presentation of a ”Masterchef” standard. Thankyou again to everyone at Corfu Palace for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

Perfect hotel for a few nights with a quick walk to the center of town. There is a small bar with outdoor seating that's perfect for a quick drink at the end of the night. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back when we return to Corfu

Το διαχρονικό αυτό ξενοδοχείο της Κέρκυρας (μη συγχέεται με το Corfu Palace) βρίσκεται έναντι αεροδρομίου με όμορφη θέα προς εκείνο και τη λιμνοθάλασσα από τη μια και προς τον κήπο από την πίσω μεριά. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες/ οικογένειες ως τρία άτομα σε ένα δωμάτιο. Τα δωματια είναι σχετικά ευρύχωρα, κατακάθαρα, χωρίς όμως αναγκαία ηχομόνωση. Ο εξοπλισμός σε τηλεόραση, πρίζες είναι ξεπερασμένος. Το μπάνιο είναι καλό με ακαλαίσθητης πόρτες (χωρίς ηχομόνωση επίσης). Λείπει μαλακτικό μαλλιών αν και το νερό της Κέρκυρας θεωρείται σκληρό. Το πρωινό είναι καλό και ο υπεύθυνος στην είσοδο τυπικός Έλληνας του τουρισμού, φιλόξενος και φιλότιμος (παλαιός κοπής).Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και κήπος σε συνέχεια με τον χώρο πρωινού. Ο κήπος γενικότερα θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο φροντισμένος και η παιδική χαρά πιο γενναιόδωρη για παιδιά (αλλά είναι αμφίβολο αν αυτή είναι η σκοπιμότητα του ξενοδοχείου). Η πισίνα, καθαρή με όμορφο αν και στενάχωρο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Διαθέτει ναυαγοσώστη! Το μπαρ θυμίζει λίγο πλοίο στη γραμμή Ελλάδα-Ιταλία και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευχάριστο και πολυτελές. Κρύος καφές αδιάφορος. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το εστιατόριο, αλλά πλησίον του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο ούτε για δείγμα. Η εσωτερική σάλα είναι λιτή και καθαρή. Ο χωρίς στάθμευσης επίσης οριακά επαρκής για το μέγεθος επισκεψιμότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν μάλλον χλιαρή και απρόσωπη. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι υποφερτή. Αλλά σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο θέλει σύντομα αναβάθμιση για να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Views from the hotel were excellent and beautiful, loved it. You could easily sit in the balcony and watch the sunset. Ample space in the room. Bathroom was was nice, and modern. Towels changed daily. Staff were helpful and nice. We were 2nd flour. Breakfast was lovely. Location is good. No problems with the airplane, hardly much noise, slept like a baby in comfy bed.Resturant across the road is good. Tried to use the carhire in the hotel but he kept offering the car we were trying to book to different people who offered higher price and took too long. So we booked it with carhire across the road Peugeot 107. Best thing. Good quality car. Cheaper then the hotel recommended one. Nice little car is all you need. Went to paleokastritsa, kassiopi, etc. Some roads going into kassiopi are bendy drive slowly and its fine. Paleslokastritsa drive was fine for me. Also did anti-paxo took ferry (worth it most beatiful) also you can do a trip from the hotel Drives were beautiful.

As for the hotel, nothing to say, super good facilities. The downside is that the night we arrived, we arrived after check-in time (due to the delay of our flight), and despite having notified the situation in advance, they did not want to give us a solution. It wasn't until we arrived and insisted a little that in the end they sent us to an ”apart hotel” very close and they assumed the cost. We understand that at that time the system did not allow them to give us our room, but having notified us 4 hours in advance, I think they could have done something more to help us, in short, there was not so much collaboration and desire to help from the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay.

EESSIM B.V.Have you ever seen dolphins cruising by from your hotel room? Neither had we, until we stayed at Eleals Boutique Hotel on Corfu! 🐬
From start to finish the entire experience was top notch and we felt very welcomed by Sophia and Tasos + their talented team. A great place to wind down and use their free SUP boards and their tranquil private beach (with sunbeds, towels and water shoes provided).
Both the breakfast and dinner menu were creative but selected with great taste.
Highly recommend for anyone that likes a luxury accommodation in a boutique hotel close to Corfu Town/Kerkyra and the airport (15 min).

GGuest UserRead the reviews before hand and was really worried about staying here, but turns out it’s not as it seems, it was actually a very pleasant stay, I personally didn’t experience any trouble like theft or rudeness if anything the staff were really kind and attentive. I honestly would stay again and I can only assume that the cleaners may be the issue in theft as the actually staff and owners were nice.

GGuest UserI visited the hotel with my family in the beginning of July and we stayed for 1 week. My experience was amazing. The view from the hotel is one of a kind . The rooms were spotless and spacious. Also, the staff was kind and very helpful. The pool looked absolutely beautiful during the day and the night.A pleasant surprise was the hotels restaurant.I think it was the highlight of our visit. The incredible food ,cooked with “meraki” by the chef , paired with a magestic patio , created a wonderful experience that pleased both our stomachs and our souls. I personally found the a la carte menu very easy to skim through and order. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a rich but peaceful corfiot stay .

GGuest UserThe hotel has some old school charm with decor from yester year.The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was well furnished and cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The hotel has a lovely pool and bar area,which also sells food. The hotel is a ten minute bus ride from Corfu town and the stop is right outside the hotel. We had to leave for the port at 5am on our last day so we forfeited breakfast.It would have been nice to have been offered coffee at least or a breakfast pack to take with us,as other hotels do for their early departing guests . Overall a pleasant stay at Sunset Hotel.

GGuest UserPopi Star offers great value for money if you want to be near Corfu town. We found the rooms spacious and clean. Arriving at 1:30 am we still received a warm welcome. The towels were soft and the bedding was crisp and well made. The buffet breakfast was generous with good variety. The staff were friendly. We are frequent visitors to Corfu and use the Popi Star as a first stop near the airport before moving on to further destinations later in the holiday. We would say as a budget hotel its hard to beat.

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel at an inexpensive price - quality of services and rooms. There are breakfasts. The sea is 19 minutes from the hotel, where there is a beach with pebbles and 30 minutes a beach with sand (sunbed 5 euros), if you walk.
Bus 7 runs to the city for about 15 minutes to the center of Kerkyra every 20-30 minutes. From the stop to the hotel it is about 8 minutes on foot. The staff was polite, the room was cleaned and clean. The hotel has a swimming pool where you can lie down or swim.

It's true you get what you pay for. Firstly David the bar man was first class in his approach and friendly banter. Service was excellent..the room was spotless thanks to Albana the housekeeper. She was amazing 👏 very attentive and always with a smile. We had a flood in our balcony and reported to reception. They said would be the air conditioning. No this was a proper flood and dangerous in the dark. When Albana seen it. She was on the phone and workman came up straight away. She then came back in the morning as it was flooded again and she got another workman who fixed the problem. As for the food, it's a 3* so plenty of food but a lot pretty tasteless. As for kanoni itself, quite small and not a great deal to do unless you travel. The weather was fantastic and very hot. After the thunder storm the mosquitos where very active. My wife and I came home with well over 100 bites. Put a damper on the last 3 days. But could get that anywhere in hot places. Overall, we were looked after, fed and watered. Otherwise, was an OK place for the money, just be careful as steps in hotel and pool very slippy. Would give 3* but could do with a revamp of certain things. Power cuts, lift breaking down, orange seats at bar, more like a cafeteria. But thank you and well done to all staff for making our stay pleasant. Kanoni not a place I would return to but that's just preferance. John x ♥️
