Excellent location. Supermarket, tram station, train station, gas station everything is within 200m - 400m distanc. Property is squeaky clean. Good heating system. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay.

I have been upgraded from a single room to a double on 5th floor. Very nice, clean room with blackout curtains, acceptable view, relatively quiet despite being close to the street. They had a small fridge, mineral water and 2 glasses as a welcome, cottonwool pads, shower cap and sewing kit. You can watch a huge screen TV from your bed. The tram station line D was opposite the hotel, so is the discount supermarket Lidl and *****tore DM. The city centre was just 5 min walk from the hotel. Staff were very nice except one girl who was helpful in the beginning but couldn't handle common issues at reception. She didn't know anything about buying tickets for Line D. Something more serious was: she told me that line D was going the whole night. I didn't believe her and contacted my ex AirBnB host in Strassburg who also helped me finding Europa Hotel. Imagine I assumed the line D run the whole night I extended my stay by 3 nights and asked the girl for the price I received from booking. Com. As I wanted to pay the bill, this girl at the reception told me some nonsense about booking. Com. Since I was too tired to listen to her drivel about booking. Com, reluctantly I decided to pay. After I got upset because she mispronounced my name 3 times she yelled at me and said she would kick me out. Such people shouldn't work at the reception where most guests frequently travel to Strassburg. And for me breakfast was not included Just because of this girl I needed to write a long-winded review where otherwise I would have given the hotel 4-5 *

Kamers kunnen wel een keertje een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het is een beetje smoezelig aan het worden. Ontbijt is ook heel simpel. Spek is spierwit en ligt in het water, niet lekker. Ligging van hotel is wel ideaal, niet ver van het centrum van kehl en de tram naar Straatsburg stopt bijna voor de deur. Kortom het gaat allemaal net, zeker voor de prijs.

Haben das Hotel wegen seiner tollen Lage gewählt. Die Haltestelle ist gegenüber und man ist in gut 20 Minuten in Straßburg. Das Hotel ist sauber, ordentlich und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Auch das Frühstück war okay. Einzig die Lautstärke des Verkehrs war störend. Im Sommer würden wir das Hotel nicht buchen. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Im Winter aber vollkommen okay.

Séjour agréable dans ce petit hôtel. Propre, calme, facile d'accès via le tram. Personnel agréable et a l'écoute.
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner ouvert de 6h à 10h mais qui victime de son succès n'est plus réapprovisionné après 9h.
