Мне сделали апгрейд до представительского люкса номер 526 . Номер состоит из гостиной совмещенной с ванной-туалет и спальни совмещенной с кухней . Между ними дверной проем без двери . На кухне на стене абсолютно пустые шкафы , отсутствует даже стакан , хотя есть не большой мини-бар . Кофейные чашки не входят в капсюльную кофемашину и их нужно держать наклоннно , чтобы налить кофе . После моего рассказа на ресепшен об этих неудобствах , мою просьбу принести в номер стаканы и воду просто проигнорировали и когда мы вечером вернулись в отель , пришлось просить об этом повторно . Подушки на кровати 3 , но плоские и жесткие , похоже , что они из поролона завернутого в наволочку . Халат в номере люкс на двоих был один . Моющие средства в туалете были не долиты и закончились уже вечером . В ресторане Милли из собственной пивоварни ) принесли теплое пиво и сказали , что температуру пива не могут поменять . Обед занял 2 часа , поскольку манты готовили 1,5 часа и вообще все долго готовили .

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Good hotel, convenient location. Almost in the center. Living on the 5th floor in a single room with a double bed. The room was clean, washed regularly. Every day they changed towels, only, for some reason, though two-bedroom accommodation was paid. Breakfasts are modest but quite edible and calorie. The waiter could be a little bit more rushed in the decoration plan, especially about dust on the cabinets. It is blown by the air conditioner 😂 and wears by room. The staff at the hotel is very polite and responsive. There is one but. When you come to the hotel, the administrator has changed and the new one asks what key you need. That is, he doesn't know what room we are from, and if we are not from this hotel at all? And in the rooms things are valuable, there are no safes. A break in the security system. Can any guests issue cards? As a result- excellent price ratio - quality, we liked it. Thank you to the staff of the hotel for hospitality! The hotel is definitely recommended. You have chosen it on the recommendation.

Hello! We have a trip again and we travel to Kazan. Only 29 hours between the flights and 8-9 of them - sleep. Based on our experience, we booked at the beginning of an international, network, hotel. Then, assessing the distance from the historic centre (2.5 km) and time constraint, we decided to re-book at Imereti. In the photos we saw clean and tidy rooms, a fine breakfast and closeness to the historical part. The choice was made) From the airport we arrived relatively quickly, less than 35 minutes, but our flight was detained and at the hour was more than 21:00. We were settled quickly. By getting up to the room, we were sure of its cleanness and accuracy. Throwed bags and went to dinner and to get acquainted with the evening Kazan. The hotel is really in an abolished place! The walk to the Kremlin will take no more than 15 minutes. Back closer 23:00-23:30 we started to live. The room is spacious: with a table, a sofa, a bed. T-shaped. At first glance, a very small double bed was surprised. When booking, we marked a large bed, but we evidently have different views on the concept of ”big bed.” In addition, it was uncomfortable for me - the mattress was too soft (as in the perina falls). In the corner with the bed - a window with a view to a quiet street and a wide avenue. In the evening we noticed the berush on the tumbs on each side, but did not give this value. But for nothing. About 5:00-5:30 behind the window began to grow the traffic gul. By 6:30 it became constant and quite substantial. The sleep became surface and rushed. And by the time of the rise, in the area 8:00-8:30, there was a feeling of insomnia and ruin. I didn't sleep. And here you have to do something with this! Here it is probably the biggest and fat minus! In the bathroom everything is good - gently, correctly, clean. The shower cabin was correct and the water was hot). All the ingredients were in full volume and in their places. Awakening, we went for breakfast. Very worthy ”Swedish table” - from sweets to 2-eye eggs/omlets. Great eating! And strength was enough for a long time. The flight went on in the evening, and we were politely offered to leave things in the storage room. It was really under guard - there were separate cabinets with keys in the security service room. We folded our backpacks and until evening were with number and safety confidence. In the evening we quickly got things from the storage room and left to the airport. I can say that if not this morning noise, the hotel would be exactly the perfect copy of any European network hotel from 3 and above stars, but with a more modest cost. Breakfast and staff have partly compensated for it with their warning and politeness. The hotel is good, but it is worth specifying where the windows of the room come out. It is worth a strong sleep! Very successfully located in the center of the city, 5 minutes walk from Bauman Street, 15 minutes from the railway station. The rooms are small, common for Ibis, clean. Cleaning is good. On the floor there is a cool and hot water cooler. Very welcoming staff, special thanks and our gratitude to Roman (I hope the name was correctly remembered, his change was 3-4 August) on the resepshen, the settlement passed quickly and much earlier than the scheduled time. Breakfast is very diverse, for any taste and preference, delicious. The sugars with dishes were filled in time, everything was enough. Good kitchen in the restaurant, delicious lunch. The hotel has an opportunity to order a tour of Kazan and not only (prices as in other tours), the bus is right to the hotel. In short, we liked it, thank you.

The hotel is located in the very center of Kazan. Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, ”Kazana Arbata” - Bauman Street. 10 minutes in one direction and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes in the other and you are on Tukaya Square. There are many cheap places nearby, where you can have breakfast/dinning/dining, for example popular in the city ”Good dining room” or a network that you can meet in St. Petersburg ”Table №1.” In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available on the resepshne (free) and the teapot and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in the coolers on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, about 12 sq m, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a big double bed in my room - the perfect mattress, clean underwear. High pillows, but it is individually. On each side there is a torch and a roast. tumba for things. It was nice to surprise the presence of a floor bra. There is a hanging for clothes and shoulders. Also such important trimmings as a spoon and a shoe brush. No shoes in the room, but they are as much as other things (baths, hairdressers, etc. ) can be purchased extra. The bathroom is small. The set of towels is full - for feet, faces and bodies. The shower ”cabin” itself is a little tight but not critical. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in the number of days of stay. The only thing in the bathroom is lacking a shelf over the shelves, there is no possibility to fold your hygiene - toothpaste, brush, and so on. The mirror in the bathroom has its own separate illumination. Total: ideal price/quality/location ratio. Recommended.

Выбрали бюджетный отель в центре. Отзывы были хорошие. Отель оказался даже лучше чем ожидалось. Тянет спокойно на 3*, хотя заявлена 1*. Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный. В отеле чисто. Белье белоснежное, матрасы хорошие. Комнаты маленькие, но всё необходимое имеется: санузел, телевизор, кондиционер, два полотенца. В холле есть кулер с водой. В подвальном помещении - столовая с 2мя холодильниками, микроволновой, одноразовой посудой. Чай в пакетах, соль сахар, эл. чайник. Утром можно заказать завтраки: каши, блины, сосиски, глазунья. Но я бы лучше ела в городе - есть много недорогих вкусных заведений. В шаговой доступности рынок, м-н Пятёрочка (цены московские), достопримечательности - ул. Баумана (пешеходная), Кремль, оз Кабан и т.д Могу этот отель рекомендовать с удовольствием. Кстати от ж/д вокзала можно дойти пешком мин. за 15.

На удивление, оказалось лучше чем ожидали! - Расположение: великолепное, улица Баумана рядом, Кремль минутахх в 15 ходьбы, не шумно. Вокруг много кафе, метро рядом. - По номеру: у нас двухкомнатный (супериор), чистый, белье современное и чистое. Из даббла нам легко сделали твин, раздвинув кровати и заменив большой матрас на 2 односпальных соответственно (в удобное время, когда мы отсутствовали). Чайника нет (что странно для нашего типа номера), стаканы есть, холодильник есть. - Ванная: большая, с окном. Не могу сказать, что все супер-современно, но вполне чисто. На косметические принадлежности, тапки рассчитывать не стоит. Полотенец хватает (по 2 на душу + для ног) - Сам отель: в коридоре есть гладильные принадлежности (вполне удобно), кулер. Также почему-то вечно болтается тележка уборщицы и портит вид.)) Следует учитывать, что лифта нет. - Обслуживание: тактичный, доброжелательный персонал, у нас опыт положительный)) Вещи можно оставить в камере хранения - Завтраки: континентальные, достаточно сытные (сет из 3х единиц, напиток, хлеб с маслом и плавленным сыром), но не все блюда могут прийтись по вкусу. Так, в первый день у нас были омлет или рисовая каша (на выбор), творог, блинчик с джемом. Во второй день - гречка или макароны с сосиской, апельсин, блинчик с джемом. Я спросила, можно ли вместо макарон попросить еще один блинчик - сделали без проблем))) Качество приготовления - добротное, продукты хорошие. Из напитков - пакетированный чай или кофе (растворимый). Сваренного, конечно, очень не хватает! В целом, если доработать завтраки (всегда иметь яйцо и кофе в позициях), добавить косм.принадлежности в ванную, доработать мелочи - ушел бы небольшой налет ”советчины” и получилась бы добротная европейская трёшка.)) В целом, могу рекомендовать отель!

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

Выбирая данный отель испытывал противоречивые чувства. Хотелось по дешевле и поближе к центру. Скажем так, Казань в цене очень сильно возросла. Раньше все, привяжется к доллару, в долларовом сегменте стоило все значительно дешевле. Я мог себе позволить взять четыре звезды рядом с центром. Отель имеет две звезды. Расположение хорошее, главные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. А вот идти или ехать к отелю не очень. Улица очень узкая, просто забита машинами. Имеется маленький тротуар, где вдвоем сложно разойтись. Персонал отеля очень приветлив и дружелюбен. Номер очень крошечный. Вдвоём будете постоянно сталкиваться. Столиков нет. Ели на подоконнике. Номер был грязноват, песок или что там, постоянно прилипал к ногам. За четыре дня, как мне показалось влажной уборки не было. Душ есть, но очень крохотный. Особо не помыться, ударишься рукой во что то. В душе плесень. Холодильник, телевизор есть. Мое резюме, отель для тех кто будет весь день гулять и приходить только на ночевку
