Неплохой отель, удобное расположение. Практически в центре. Жили на 5 этаже в одноместном с двуспальной кроватью. Номер чистый, убирались регулярно. Каждый день меняли полотенца, только, почему-то на одного, хотя оплачено двухместное проживание. Завтраки скромные, но вполне съедобные и калорийные. Горничные могли бы быть немного порасторопнее в плане приборки, особенно насчет пыли на шкафах. Ее сдувает кондиционером😂 и носит по номеру. Персонал в отеле очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Есть одно но. Когда приходишь в отель, администратор сменился и новый спрашивает, какой ключ нужен. То есть не знает из какого мы номера, а если мы вообще не из этого отеля? А в номерах вещи ценные, сейфов нет. Прореха в системе безопасности. Может хоть карты какие-нибудь гостям выдавать? В итоге- отличное соотношение цены -качества, нам понравилось. Спасибо персоналу отеля за гостеприимство! Отель однозначно рекомендую. Сами тоже выбрали его по рекомендации.

Проживали с 5 по 9 августа 2022 года. Самое главное достоинство этого отеля-расположение. Очень близко от центра, от набережной и от тусовочной улицы Баумана. Номера очень удобные, чистые, есть всё необходимое. Персонал очень внимательный, отзывчивый. На все вопросы отвечали, помогали, вызвали такси, объясняли, как добраться. Отдельная благодарность кафе и его работникам. Завтраки по системе «шведский стол» выше всех похвал. Всё всегда свежее, горячее, кофе зерновой, омлет, каши, овощи; думаю, даже самым капризным было комфортно. Придраться не к чему, однозначно рекомендую. Если бы мы поехали в Казань ещё раз, я бы забронировала этот отель.

Скромный срелненький отель. При этом очень чисто в номерах , белоснежное постельное белье и радушный персонал . Удобное расположение в центре.
