"It's a great hotel. Once you make a reservation, someone will call you to confirm your arrival time and dining time. You can also book a car to pick you up at Hejin Station. Because we didn’t confirm what time we would arrive at the hotel, and we didn’t book a car. Unexpectedly, when we arrived at Hejin Station, there was an uncle waiting for me holding a sign with my name. It was so touching! The environment of the hotel is very good. There are only 7 rooms in total. The service staff are very nice. Although their English is not good, they try to communicate with translators and basically meet our needs. You can book a private bath time when you stay in the hotel. The private bath is not big, but it is more than enough for two people to soak in. It is very comfortable and the milk provided for bathing is delicious. The hotel's environment is very new, the breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful, and the overall value for money is actually quite high. The hotel is actually only six or seven minutes' walk from Hejin Station, which is still very close. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets and drugstores opposite Hejin Station, which is very convenient. Recommended!"

"The accommodation is great, and there are two hot springs, indoor and outdoor. It feels like you can stay there for a long time. It is recommended to go early to enjoy it. The tatami in the house is not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall it is great. There is also a private hot spring, but I didn't go."

"First of all, I like to give a credit to 2 lady staff in this hotel. The first one is the lady who can speak fluent English, she tried very best to answer us and helped us to carry the baggage to the shuttle bus. The other lady staff in the front desk on 15/3 night going to my room to fix room facilities and helped me to out the luggage to the shuttle bus on 16/3 too. The hotel in general all staff are nice and helpful. If you like to see sunrise, you better remarked it when you did the booking or ask the check in staff when arrival. The French restaurant is delicious. Public Onsen provided in a convenient time slot. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only recommend the hotel can include breakfast or snack in the room charge."

"This is a cuteeeeee little hotel. And yes its two stars on here, but I have to say, a hotel is just a place to sleep and what you want at the end of the day is a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to do that. This place delivered on that. What's most important is what's around it, and in this area, there is no better place to stay than this hotel. It's situated in this awesome part of Kawazu that is just breathtaking. You can follow this path along all of these different waterfalls, and it's a gorgeous walk. Plus -- it's 5 min walk away from this Onsen that is outside and next to the biggest waterfall, not to mention that their open-air onsen at the hotel itself is stunningly beautiful (I am speaking specifically of the men's onsen -- obviously didn't try the women's!). I think this is a two-star hotel on Trip.com for its services -- there's no room service, gym, amenities, etc... -- but in terms of location and onsen quality, its a four star hotel. My friend and I had a really nice time, and though there are so many places in the world to explore we are unlikely to return ourselves, I would refer people to this hotel without hesitation."

"It was a wonderful place. Quite as I wanted. My room was with lovely details and everything well prepared. Train station was 6 minutes walk and the beach just across the street also 2 minutes walk only. With approx 15 minutes walk you could be in the next bigger area with food shops restaurants and the nice river. I could book a private 50 minute outdoor onsen time and it was awesome. The stuff are absolutely friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and had no wishes. I would come back."

"Thank you for your help with 3 family members. This is the second use. The food was so good last time that I brought my son this time. I think my son and I are quite sensitive to taste, but the food here was very satisfying. I think that the appetizer is different from other places, but it was a dish that made the best use of the ingredients without taking out each dish. The food was great in everything. Also, since it was hot water flowing directly from the source, I was able to relax in both the three private baths and the large communal bath. My husband has neuralgia, so I was happy to say that it was very effective for neuralgia. All the staff were attentive. I thought it was a wonderful inn with a history of nearly 100 years. Очень все понятно объяснили сразу, когда я приехала, где что находится и как пользоваться. Онсены называли bathroom. Номер хорошо обогревается кондиционером. Мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера до вида на море. Очень приятно было пить чай на балконе и смотреть на море и горы. Столовая, где утром завтрак, тоже отличается прекрасным видом. До цветения в кавадзу можно дойти за 20 минут по красивой дороге."

"I booked a hotel that is close to Kawazu to see the cherry blossoms. The hotel is a typical Japanese hotel. There are strict time periods for checkin and checkout. There is a curfew from 23:00 to 6:00 in the evening. Dinner is at 18:00 and breakfast is at 8:00, but it will not be served to the room like the most traditional Japanese style. You will still eat on the first floor, which is more respectful of privacy and freedom. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Kawazu Station, and there is a pick-up service, but I didn't make a reservation because I wanted to enjoy the flowers on the way. As for the service, the receptionist was really patient and gentle. Because only a few people can speak English, the female general used a translator to translate it into English for me. In the end, I helped her change it into Japanese and Chinese 👐. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but they are generally clean. The open-air bath faces the sea. It is really invincible if the weather is good, but it is not hot spring water, just an ordinary bath. I didn't use the public one so I don't know the situation. But! The hotel has a really great view, with the sea in front and cherry blossoms in the back. You can watch the sunrise in the morning. The elevator has the estimated sunrise time for each day of this month. Unfortunately, it rained on the day I stayed there, so I didn't see the sunrise and sunset. In particular, the dinner and breakfast were invincible. It rained and was windy in Hejin on the first day I arrived, so I had no choice but to stay in the hotel to watch the sea. I was really disappointed, but because the meal package was great, I enjoyed it as if I were just going on vacation. There was also a free beer in the lobby every afternoon, free ice cream after dinner, and a massage chair. It felt like feeding pigs every day. The most fortunate thing was that I stayed for one night, and the sky cleared up the next day. The cherry blossoms in Hejin were so beautiful, and it was worth the trip. In general, the price-performance ratio is slightly worse, but if the weather is good, it should be better than my experience."

"Take the elderly to see the Kawaji Sakura, which is just in full bloom in mid-February. Very happy. There is a bus to the hotel at the bus stop near Hejin Station. At the information desk, we showed the hotel address, and the uncle staff instructed to get off at the ”Ciyanyuanqian” stop, which is the opposite! It is also convenient (note that the bus schedule is very sparse, the journey takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is 400 yen per person). On the return trip, the hotel has a free car to take us away. The environment of the hotel is elegant and clean, and the dinner and breakfast are all right. There is night cherry during the check-in period, and the hotel has a free car arrangement after dinner (not to imagine China and the United States, it is a pity not to see it). The hotel has to take the stairs and the bathroom is outside the room, so the elderly should pay attention! Overall satisfactory."
