We paid and didn’t even stay at this place. Don’t get fooled by fotos it’s terrible place, very dirty. The sheets has yellow stains 🤢🤮 it was impossible to sleep there. We didn’t get any money back because we reserved with TRIP if you do it with AirBnB and the place is dirty you get completely refund. So make better choice then us.

Like a bad dream. Three telephone numbers on the door and two not working, finally the gentleman took one. The accommodation was appalling, the area around the house was a mess. like Narokomanian aqat, a strange smell in the apartment. the photos on booking do not correspond to reality. The shower was leaking. uncleaned and wet floor. reviews on booking not relevant. after reading the reviews on tripadvisor it was too late, I was just in that house.. House of ghosts, I do not recommend! they should refund everyone. Bad image for the whole of Poland, I would expect this in Ukraine.

I called the guy for check in after few trials I replied on the phone but could not communicate and he canceled my reservation half an hour before check in, od course I had paid already. Reading the comments I now understand I dodged a bullet. He should be kicked out of the platform.

The picture is nothing like the reality. Dirty bed with stains on the bedsheet 🤯 even someone hairs in bed, dirty floors looks like never been cleaned. Towels will make you wonder if they’ve been washed or not. Dishes in the kitchen dirty, glass with some lady lipstick on it! 🤢 My family have never been in that filthy place like that. Never again!!!

The place is a complete mess, the walls have fungus, the shower was plugged, the towels were dirty. Our room had a kitchen, but there was almost no kitchen tools, so we couldn't really eat there. It was really cold in the room during the night, because the windows were broken and they wouldn't shut. And last but not least, the owner... He took the deposit, but he didn't want to give it back. He didn't answer the phone when we wanted to check out and get our money. Then he started to argue with us, and pushed my female friend twice (!!!). We missed our bus because of it and he had completely no remorse. Don't visit this place ever.

This is horrible non-client oriented hotel. They take money before your check in BUT check in is till 22. And after this time you may forget about your money. If you need check in later OR for some reason you are late - this your problem! Oh and the main thing - don't expect that with you will speak English - only deutschland!!!

Pokoje w ogóle nie posprzątane najpierw dostaliśmy jeden pokój, to nawet nie pofatygowali się posprzątaċ rozsypanych chipsów po poprzednich gościach, w kolejnym pokoju jeszcze większy syf poduszki i pościel dosłownie brązowe (zdjęcia), podłoga nawet nie odkurzona, grzyb pod prysznicem, zgłosiłem to właścicielowi, to krzyczał, pyskował, po czy kazał nam opuścić obiekt, gdyż „nie chce on takich gości”, zabrał klucz, po czym teraz oskarża nas o jego kradzież, aby nie zwrócić pieniędzy, omijać to miejsce szerokim łukiem to niewiarygodne, że coś takiego ma jeszcze miejsce w 2024. Właściciel jest typowym polskim januszem biznesu do tego jest chamski i agresywny! Unikać!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wystawiłem na Bookingu niską ocenę ze względu na: - strasznię brudną łazienkę (nawet na umywalce napisałem palcem słowo SYF na zgromadzonym kurzu) - chamską obsługę właściciela obiektu - totalnie nieadekwatną cenę do jakości (prawie 400 zł za nocleg) Po niecałym tygodniu od pobytu właściciel miejsca zadzwonił do mnie i zaczął straszyć pozwem sądowym za złą opinię. Gdy powiedziałem mu, że może śmiało składać pozew, bo mam zdjęcia brudnej łazienki i chętnie zobaczę jak się ośmiesza przed sądem, zaczął mnie wyzywać, a na koniec rzucił gromkie SP*******J SYNEK i się rozłączył. W Katowicach jest dużo fajnych obiektów do spania i wybierzcie każdy, byle nie ten.
