Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of bits to choose from. We had to pay for the parking, also it is not guaranteed. The coconut drink in the room fridge was awful. I had to get myself Coconaut from Zabka. Service was very good. The pool, spa area and massage top noch. Very recommended.

Reading the hotel review you can wonder if it is a good choice.No less on the spot, I was crying in plus.The room is medium size, clean with comfortable bed. We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

I couldn't get into the apartment! My flight from Liverpool was delayed. I arrived at the apart hotel around 3.30 am. Nobody opened it for me. The next day I saw an email from the hotel with a password. But! This email was sent to me the night I was supposed to check in! I didn’t have the Internet because I was on the road, flying! Why wasn't the code sent to me in advance? During the day or immediately after my payment? I had no idea that the reception was not open 24/7. I had to look for another hotel at 4 am! And I spent 230 zlotys on it. No one apologized even I didn't get into the apartment! My flight from Liverpool was delayed. I arrived at the aparthotel around 3.30 am. Nobody opened up for me. The next day I saw an email from the hotel with a password. But! This letter was sent to me on the night I was supposed to move in! because I was on the way, flying! Mateusz Sopala 1/5 yesterday on Google Do Not Recommend Great location. And that's where the advantages end. We gave the owner a second chance but unfortunately he did not show himself from the better side. During the second stay (two days) not much changed. We got another room with similar problems. If something is called an apartment, it is absurd that in the room, because that is the only way to call this God forbid apartment, there are dirty walls and holes that happily look at you when you enter the room. Missing caps on the skirting boards. Dirty cups, each from a different parish. Leaking shower cubicle. Swollen door frame in the bathroom. Toilet paper of the worst kind. Rubbish under the bed from the previous tenants. Dirty window frames and glass. A chair without screws, i.e. the seat with legs did not form a whole. You can forget about soundproofing, it is only in name. You can hear everything that happens on the staircase and at the neighbors'. So if you are looking for something more, I advise against it. The owner of this place, after a negative opinion on booking, started sending us text messages with strange content. In our opinion, he was probably trying to intimidate us.

The hotel fully met my expectations. Perfect for a party in Spodk. Rooms are equipped with basic things and there is even a kettle with tea or coffee. You can also buy some snacks at the reception. The service is very nice. Under the hotel parking, but you need to book in advance

GGuest UserWe were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

The hotel lobby is divided into several different areas. There is a large breakfast room, which becomes a small bar at night, which is very lively. The other area is quieter and similar to reading a book inside.
Going out is the pedestrian street. It is said that summer is very lively.
There is a beautiful church at the end of the road.

Rispetto all'albergo della stessa catena di Cracovia, offre stanze (soprattutto il bagno) leggermente più grandi. Zona molto pratica, vicino al centro e alla stazione, ed abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio (a pagamento nelle ore diurne) nelle vicinanze. Pulizia un po' da rivedere, abbiamo trovato il supporto della doccia rotto. Nonostante sia su una strada importante, non abbiamo percepito rumori di traffico (però avevamo la camera che affacciava sul retro). Meglio 2 letti singoli che un matrimoniale.

GGuest UserI really liked this hotel very much! Excellent service, chic clean room with a large bedroom and a very large bathroom with perfect bathroom cleanliness, towels, bathrobes! The bedding is perfect! There is a kettle, coffee and tea included in the price of the room, but a full bar is of course for an additional fee ... a gorgeous view from the window! And in general, who wants to relax comfortably, beautifully and elegantly at the lowest price (the price for a room is very pleasant) - I highly recommend this Park Hotel Diament in Katowice! You won't regret it and you'll be happy! Unfortunately, we did not have time to try breakfast, because there was a very early flight ... Although I really wanted to! The restaurant in the hotel is on the top floor and from there you have an even better view (I just went there to see their restaurant)..

GGuest UserLocated opposite Katowice Zaleze station, this is a nice, family run hotel offers excellent ambience and personalised service. Had a great stay over 5 nights. However, accessibility could be an issue with differently abled travellers and if you have heavy bags as the hotel steps are stiff and do not have any lift provision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But may become uncomfortable during the summer as No air-conditioning either. However, the overall personalised service, terrific food and beverages and overall ambience are great attractions for this budget hotel outside Katowice.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights during the easter break. Was a really nice relaxing stay with lots of things to do with in the hotel. With a nice pool + jacuzzi + Sauna, a gym and a small area for kids. Definitely recommend. Would go again.

GGuest UserLovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English.
Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys.
We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started.
The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.
