We stayed here for just one night, earlier in the summer. The hotel itself is not new but immaculately maintained and the rooms are decorated in a simple but very tasteful manner. We had the best sleep ever on those beds. Absolute heaven. And, the prix-fixe dinners and the breakfast (selection of Japanese, American, or continental with fresh salad) are a can’t-miss. Would love to return.

アラ還姉妹での宿泊。皆さんのレビュー通りの素敵なホテルでした。 フロントのあるロビーはやや簡素で、最初は、え？という印象でしたが、室内は、掃除も行き届き、広さも十分、窓からお庭が一望できる開放感のある作り。紅葉が終わりかけの閑散期でしたが、自然に囲まれてリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。また、アメニティの一つ一つにこだわりが感じられ、メイク落としの入った化粧品セットは特に女性にはありがたかったです。 レストランの朝食は、ビュッフェではなく、一人一人サーブされるスタイルというのも好みです。とにかく客層がよい。ほぼ満席のレストランでしたが、皆さんとても静かな話し声なので、隣席が居るのかわからないほど。ほとんどがシニア世代のご夫婦のようでした。長年のリピーターが多いのも頷けます。 スタッフの方々も、皆さん丁寧で、付かず離れずのサービスが心地よいです。 ひとつ，設備で残念なのは、大浴場が無いことです。今時は、リゾートホテルでもスパがあるのは当たり前。温泉は難しいとしても、沸かし湯でよいので、大きなお風呂（できれば庭に面した露天風呂）があると更に寛げるのに、と感じました。 とはいえ、全体的には、さすがオークラ系列ならではの落ち着いた居心地のよいホテルでした。機会があれば、次は新緑の季節に訪れてみたいです。

年に2回の鹿島の森ですが、いつもながらスタッフの対応が優秀です、笑顔あり・言葉遣いも丁寧でした。3人デラックスルームで問題なく過ごせました、数年前水回りを改修して使い良くなっています。食事も昼・夜・朝といただきましたがとてもおいしくいただけました、和定食も盆の容器は変わりましたが内容は十分でした。又5月に行くのが楽しみです。そうそう紅葉ですが11月24日に行きましたがいつもは終わっているのに、今年は遅れて秋が来たのでピークでした、クリスマスイルミとWで !

ホテル鹿島ノ森は、もう20年以上、毎年、少なくとも1回は泊まりに来ています。特に夏はほぼ毎年です。目立つホテルではありませんが、伝統があり落ち着いた雰囲気でスタッフの方々も礼儀正しいなかにもアットホームな感じもあり大好きです。朝ごはんもおいしいですよ。もう少し駐車場が広ければいいなあと思います。

とても静かでよく手入れされた庭に囲まれた上質のお宿でした。部屋はゆったりと広くくつろげました。アメニティーも充実しており、歯ブラシも良かったです。食事は大変おいしく、特にコンソメスープは最高でした。また訪れたいと思います。

場所的にも静かで、落ち着いた雰囲気の良い意味で、昔ながらのホテルです。 食事も美味しく、サービスもしっかり、丁寧にされています。フロントの方々も優しいですね、部屋の広さは仕方ない（笑）ですが、清潔で気持ち良い滞在ができました。

北陸新幹線をX軸、県道133号をY軸と見立て第2象限に位置するオークラ系のこのホテルには（だけには）、かつての軽井沢を感じさせるゆったりとした時間が流れている。ダイニングルーム、ティールーム、もちろん客室もガラスには一点の曇りもなく、季節の移ろいを見飽きない。食事はクラシックなフレンチ、これも永遠に飽きない極上。 ベテランスタッフのさりげなく洗練された接客も、私には程よくとても心地がいい。滞在だけを目的にしてゆっくり軽井沢を満喫する最善の選択肢がホテル鹿島の森だと思う。
