Provides shuttle services to Karuizawa Station (which is also where the factory outlet is). Super good service, all the staff members are so welcoming, nice and helpful, and they bid the guests goodbye the traditional Japanese way when we leave, such a warm touch. Very good breakfast with a super nice view. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable.

The overall experience is very good. Although the interior looks a bit old, it is very clean, the scenery is beautiful and comfortable, the space is bright and spacious, taking the cable car to take a hot spring bath is a good experience, and the bathroom facilities and supplies are sufficient. In the morning, you can grind a cup of coffee by yourself, which is great. Although the location is relatively remote, there are scheduled shuttle buses with many flights, which is actually quite convenient. I recommend it and would like to stay there again and experience the catering services if I have the chance.

The hotel's hot springs are great, and the starry sky at night on the top of the mountain is beautiful. In the morning, you can see the sunrise over the sea by opening the curtains. The hotel service is also very good, clean and comfortable, highly recommended!
