Eşim ve çocuklarımla birlikte üç gece konakladık. Otele gelmeden bizi arayıp kaçta ulaşacağımızı sordular, otele geldiğimizde tüm ısrarlarımıza rağmen çantalarımızı tek tek kendileri odamıza taşıdılar. Üç gün boyunca her isteğimizi gönülden karşıladılar, her türlü konuda ihtiyacımızdan fazla biçimde yardım ettiler. Dostlukları, sohbetleri, odaları, kahvaltıları, her şeyleri bu güne kadar rastlamadığımız kadar güzel bu işletmeden üzülerek de olsa ayrılırken inanılmaz hatıralar, dostlar biriktirmiş olmanın tesellisiyle yola koyulduk. İşlerini hem inanılmaz profesyonel hem de olağanüstü dostça ve sevgiyle yapan İsmail ve Erdinç beylere ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır. Kars'ta ki sıcak evimizi ve dostlarımızı şimdiden çok özledik, en kiza zamanda görüşmek üzere. Bu güzel ve huzurlu mekanda hepinizin harika anılar biriktirmenizi şiddetle tavsiye ederiz!

Kars ın büyüleyici tarihinin yanında tarihi tekrar yaşamak için kesinlikle tekrar gelsem tekrar kalacağım tek yer.otantik yapısıyla , yöresel kahvaltısıyla , odaların edebiyat ve tarihle iç içe olması ve banyonun hamam konsentiptiyle kesinlikle gelindiğinde kalınması gereken otel.İşletmecisi İsmail Bey inde misafirperverliğine de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

A hotel with a unique design, whose designer should be congratulated. The behavior of the hotel staff is very good and hospitable. The hotel room is clean and stylish and its design is excellent. If you want to have a different experience, I recommend spending at least one night in this hotel.

Pretty helpful and calm staff. Delicious breakfast and historical boutique hotel. Architectural design was fascinating. Location was great to visit all the restaurants and historical buildings of Kars. Thanks for everthing our accomodation.

Excellent place. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. The bathroom is spectacular and the bedsheets are of good quality. The staff is friendly, helpful and smiley. We couldn't ask for more. This is a hotel where you look forward to go back to after a day out and where you can feel at home. Thanks for everything! P.s. also great location if you have a car and you don't want to get inside the busier city centre.

It was great to be here in Suara otel, with a magnificent view of the castle. We felt like at home, just like sitting in our dining room. Thank you very much for great hosting, delicious breakfast and cuisine.

What I liked the most about this hotel was the manager İsmail and his staff, who were all super helpful and nice. İsmail arranged everything from cars to dinner reservations for us.The rooms are comfortable and well-heated and with nice bathrooms. I recommend 100%

Herkes güler yüzlü, muhteşem bir kahvaltı, rahat odalar, kısacası çok keyifli bi tatil geçirdik😄 Bahçesinde Kars Kalesinin eşsiz manzarası var. Burayı çok sevdik. Şehrin merkezinde, her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Muhteşem restore edilmiş, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Muhteşem bir otel, sahipleri çok samimi çok tatlı insanlar. Evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Bir gece sıcak şarap gecesi yaptık bahçede ateş yakıldı çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltısı da harika. Odalar çok güzel dekore edilmiş, çokça tavsiye ediyorum.
