Excellent stay
The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu bu otelde konakladık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otel odaları son derece temiz ve modern döşenmişti. Yataklar çok rahattı çatı katını tercih ettik. Personel inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımcıydı; her ihtiyacımıza anında yanıt verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi çok misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı büfesi çeşit açısından çok zengindi ve her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkeziydi, şehirde gezip görmek istediğimiz yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca otelin sunduğu spa hizmetlerinden de faydalandık ve çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Hem iş seyahatleri hem de tatil için mükemmel bir seçenek. Excellent location in Kars
Central location with walking distance to all city sightseeing points. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very friendly and kind staff.

Otel çok merkezi bir noktada, odalar temiz, oda büyüklükleri yeterli. Lobi aynı zamanda bir kafe ve günün her saati keyifli ve rahat vakit geçirmenize olanak sunuyor. Ancak otel en büyük artısı çalışanları. Başta Hakkı bey olmak üzere Elif Hanım, Gökhan Bey , Emir Bey ve ismini unuttuğum diğer tüm çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü, her konuda yardımcı ve kendinizi keyifli ve kaliteli bir yerde olduğunuzu sonuna kadar hissettiriyorlar. Kars'a ilk defa geliyorum kurumsallığı tercih etmek istedim ve iyi ki etmişim dedirttiler. Dedeman konforunu her yerde yaşadığımız gibi burada da yaşattılar. Personellerin sıcaklığı, samimiyeti, güler yüzlülüğü ve iş bitirici olmaları şahaneydi. Odaların temizliği ferahlığı çok iyiydi. İlk gelişim ama son olmayacak her geldiğimde kesinlikle Qrista managed by Dedeman'ı tercih edeceğim. Her şey için teşekkür ederim

Otelin konumu, odaları ve güler yüzlü çalışanlarından çok memnun kaldık. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da bol çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Odaları biraz küçük ama ***et konforluydu. Kars'a tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tekrar bu şehir otelini tercih ederim. Teşekkür ederiz.
