Stunning view , atmosphere , beautiful and luxury style. The best food ever had in Sri Lanka and amazing team ! The team speak English properly and they have such care for the guests that literally touched my heart. I wish everyone to stay at W15

The most expensive hotel in Sri Lanka, I was full of expectations, but was quite disappointed. First of all, there is a one-way road on the way up the mountain, and it is dangerous to reverse when there is a car passing by. The hotel has only six rooms, including breakfast and dinner, but the variety is too small, and it is a bit not full. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast are served very slowly. We were the only Chinese family that day, and we couldn't find anyone when we checked in, so we waited for a long time. The environment is very good, but it is too troublesome to go up and down the mountain, the service is average, and the hotel atmosphere is not very good. I don't recommend staying here.

The hotel group is small but has boutique hotels across Sri Lanka. This w15 is located near kandy. There is a shooting club next to it and tatata gunshots can be heard during the day. The hotel itself is not big, with one house and one main building. As for the scenery, looking at the mountains, it feels a bit like Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good. In terms of activities, you can choose hiking, cycling, tennis or taking a jeep to climb high.
Special attention should be paid to the fact that the hotel channels have different prices, so carefully compare the prices.

There are many management problems in this hotel: (1) Discrimination against Chinese guests. We paid the full amount in August to book a room for New Year's Day. No refunds were allowed, and changes were not supported. However, two days before check-in, they suddenly told us that there was no room available, and we were kicked out. Arrange to go to the King Pavilion half an hour away; (2) Have no sense of time, require eating at 11:30, ordering food in the morning, and eating at 12 o'clock;

I booked the Paradise! A truly unforgettable staying, thanks to all the Team and the General Manager, their all super attentiveness, care, kindness, hospitality made me feel each second to be the Princess of their beautiful forest! The view all around is absolutely stunning and the food is the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka ! Positive note: all the staff speak English properly and they have such care for the guests that literally touched my heart. I wish everyone to stay at W15!

An amazing hotel, nestled in a tea plantation with loads of Colonial history. A lovely and thoughtful conversion of a tea plantation owner's bungalow. Outstanding views of the valley below. Very attentive and friendly staff; Sheriff, Manjula, Hastha, Prabid & Keerthi. Super food and local G&Ts. Must have the afternoon tea. Tour of tea plantation and its history with Banuka was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very unique experience and the hotel is located at an excellent location. The food quality was excellent and the overall service was exceptional. All in all great experience and will certainly visit again. More curated activities will be nice to have.

We really enjoyed our stay at the W15! Everyone was very friendly, helfful and always had a smile on their face. The views and surroundings are fantastic. The cocktails are world-class - we were able to enjoy them not only in the hotel, but also on an excursion in the great outdoors.
