The setting is quite enchanting and the staff is quite gracious. I am truly delighted with the service rendered. They warmly welcomed us and gave us exceptional treatment. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean (they even had a pleasant aroma). I intend to return to this place next year.

I must say that the staff was superb, above n beyond. We had the great experience staying here. Rooms were clean, food was great. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful and I must say that they were the best I have ever seen in 35 counties I've traveled. The staff deserves a bonus for their exceptional service. We really enjoyed 2 nights at Hotel Cassendra. Our room and bathroom were spotless, comfy bed and soft towels, drinking water every day. They ask if you wish your room cleaned. All staff are really helpfull and friendly. Buffet breakfast are Sri Lanken. If you ask for an omelet they’ll make it for you . And it is cheep 👍😃

Comfortable hotel with nice views. The check in staff were so kind and friendly and gave us great advice for our travels. They were accommodating and prepared us a lovely dinner late in the evening. The breakfast sadly was a bit of let down - not much selection and there were flies on the food. Overall a pleasant stay.

We was there three days absolutely brilliant place with good people.from the beginning reception girls smiling ☺️ and give us a wonderful welcome.food is amazing and everyone who works there nice and friendly. Specially that boy haritha fantastic.

We were the only guests and were given the option of rice with either fish or chicken. Chicken never came! No elevator. Night manager was supervising cooking. This hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Breakfasts were as bad as the dinner. Very difficult for the bus to get to. Supposed to be a 4-star hotel but wouldn't rate it above 2-star.

We stayed there one day. Cheap but good food and good view. The staff was helpful and assisted us in every way. Had a good connection with my agency CeyloTravels. Helped when I needed a menu change promptly and attended to room service on time.

To be honest, giving 1 star is to much for this hotel. I don’t even know where to start… it’s way to expensive,everywhere it is dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and you are sleeping on plastic under the sheets, the bathroom is disgusting and if you close the shower door you can’t open it from the inside. But the worst thing is the breakfast. They charge 8 dollars per person for hard old bread and everything is cold and tastes really old. I honestly don’t know why people give this place a better rating than zero. Never again!!!!!
