The hotel ambiance was awesome.Amazing view.The rooms were very comfortable and spacious.The staff was great from the entrance to the exit.Great hospitality.

The location is a little inside. The owner ship of the hotel has changed and the services and rooms are amazing. Luxurious. The food was amazing. But to get to eat area in the hotel like restaurant, reception, pools etc is a bit tedious(Climbs and stairs ) If you ignore that its a good place. No lifts

We visited Eagle Regency hotel for a day-out package and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectation especially considering the price of Rs. 3,950 per person. The food was below average and definitely not worth the money. The lunch menu was not as advertised, and some items were missing. What was most upsetting was the staff's behavior—plates were taken away even before we had finished eating. While trying to convince our kids to finish their last few bites, the plates were simply gone. There was no proper guidance or hospitality from the staff. We weren’t informed about the layout of the premises and had to search around even for basic facilities like the washroom. There was no one to ask for help. We were also told we could purchase breakfast separately, but when pregnant mothers in our group asked for a snack from the restaurant, there was nothing available. With six adults and four kids, this was very inconvenient. Although the food and service were disappointing, the swimming pool was clean and private, which was one of the few positives of the day. We hope the resort management takes these comments seriously and improves their service and communication for future guests.

Good value for money. Excellent views, hotel is clean and rooms well equipped. Staff very friendly and Gajan made us feel very welcome. As hotel is uphill and out of town, suggest expanding on menu options. Quite a number of steps to climb so not wheelchair friendly.

I feel like when I stayed at Eagle Regency hotel with my family. Staff attitude and behaviour was very good. Especially Receptionist Mr.Gajan's service and behaviour was good. Also food and hotel ambience is superb. I would suggest for the stay.

I went 08th of december to this hotel.The hotel is very beautiful.Room is very clear.There was a little girl in the reception I think her name thaksarani.She is very friendly girl with cute smile.Speak with smile.Staff is very good.Food is perfect.👍

This hotel is very huge.The room is very big i was stay 502 junior suite.This room is very beautiful and bed is very comfortable.I want remember thathsara the trainee as i know.She was helped me when i was check in and explain everything clearly.Actually she is very friendly.There was a boy with her.But i didnt remember his name properly i think he is the front office manager kajan or something he also help to take my bags.Restaurant is very nice.Meals good.Yohan the F & B stewart very kind person.All staff very friendly.Nice hotel.

Where to start? The room was big and had a great view, the receptionist Sunuri (trainee), even though she had super long shifts she always had a smile and was service minded. Also the restaurant manager was nice. Although, rest of the staff lack in English knowledge, food from the restaurant was not so inviting, breakfast was so so. It is also located far away from the rest and they could only serve over-priced wine and beer. The room, was not cleaned properly, shower had old hair. Dust in the corners Management staff sitting eating a different breakfast than what was served to the guest. I would rather have real Sri Lankan breakfast like them than what we had. Massage was good If you say that you have a pub, then you have to serve more than just beer and wine. It cuts my hospitality heart to see the staff is working from 7am-22pm.

Fantastic hotel with the view of nature,calm and composed with peace which gives relaxation. I stayed here and the experience was fabulous as the staffs assisted well and Mr.Gajaan at front office was superb and assisted us well. Hotel Eagle Regency is recommendable.
