母の米寿のお祝いにのリクエストで一族四部屋よやくで伺いました。元々食事が美味しいのは承知の上で、そこはうらぎりません、朝ご飯は最高、母はベットでないとという事で母だけ簡易ベットを入れてもらいワガママを聞いていただきましたが、後のお布団はかなり薄いせんべい布団後から聞くと予約した、四部屋中2部屋がせんべい布団、後ニ部屋は二枚重ねのふかふか布団この差はなんなのか？ひいたスタッフの問題かと思う、こういう1人のスタッフにサービスが伝わってないのは良くないと思うそれ以外はとても良い、孫娘は可愛い浴衣を着せてもらいルンルンでした。特に子どもへ配慮はいいです 、
