I booked this as a tour with a plane and hotel with Hankyu and stayed for three nights. It is close to the Korinbo bus stop, so it is convenient for going out, shopping, and eating. If you make a reservation by the day before, the breakfast buffet is 500 yen. You can also use the large public bath at different times. I requested a desk lamp, humidifier, air purifier, and extension cord the day before. I received an automatic reply email right away that my email had arrived. However, I carried the humidifier and air purifier myself from the side of the elevator and returned it when I was done using it. I asked the front desk to carry the desk lamp and extension cord myself. The first room I was shown did not have the faucet at the washbasin closed, so the washlet only flowed straight down, and the front desk came to take a look and offered me a different room. The second room had the faucet closed, but the washlet did not work, so I rejected it. The third room worked, so I moved alone with all my luggage and sweating. At night, the knob on the bed lamp was spinning and I couldn't turn it off. I had no choice but to turn off all the power, rest, and go to the front desk in the morning. They came again, removed the knob, and only the core inside, and tried to get it working. In a hotel overseas, they would check the plumbing first, but this was the first time I had to do this in a Japanese hotel.

I stayed with two friends in single rooms in separate rooms on a cheap tour with many senior participants. The location was very good, being able to walk to Kenrokuen Garden and Chaya District. It was a little set back from the main road so it was quiet. Also, the bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable. This time, I was able to use travel assistance, but the tour conductor explained that many seniors have trouble using web coupons, so the hotel did their best to replace them with paper coupons. I can't complain too much because I stayed on a cheap tour, and I felt that the employees were doing their best despite the lack of staff, including the above, but I couldn't choose a non-smoking room. , I was bothered by the smell of resin (I had deodorant prepared, but it didn't work at all). Also, the carpet had burn marks in several places. The bedding was good, so I didn't have trouble sleeping, but I think I would have fallen asleep faster if there wasn't a smell that stung my nose. It can't be helped that the whole thing is old, and it was cleaned well, but I was surprised to find something like a straw stuck in the faucet of the washbasin. Apparently the pop-up faucet was broken, so they were holding it in place to keep it from closing. The bidet cannot be used on the heated toilet seat. Apparently the alarm clock in my friend's room was broken. There is a large public bath, but there is only one bath and men and women are alternated. Women are not allowed to use the service if they return late due to sightseeing as the time allocation gives priority to men. Only men can use the bath the next morning. The tour members were overwhelmingly female, but probably because there were other customers, there were no changes, and in fact, we never entered the venue even after two nights. I think it would have been better if they had made it clear from the beginning that women were not allowed to use the public bath, so I wouldn't have to have too many expectations. If you're relying on the large public bath and staying in a room other than a single, it might be quite difficult if the room has a unit bath. Breakfast had a good variety of side dishes, and it was good to be able to eat it with bread, soba, or rice. Speaking of my desires, I wanted yogurt, but since it's cheap, I can't say that. I think it's a great facility to buy a hotel and run it without renting out your room, where you can stay at a cheap rate, but I wish the management organization would have spent a little more money on the facilities. It may have turned into a smoking room, but unfortunately the overall lack of cleanliness was disappointing. I don't think I would use it at my own expense if it stays the way it is now.

I was the first to use the large public bath, but the shampoo and lotion containers were sticky and dirty, which was disgusting. Also, the shower had no power, and it took a long time just to rinse. 4. There is free coffee, but when I tried to take it to my room without putting the lid on, I was warned that "If it spills in the elevator, it won't work." I can't believe that's what a hotel employee would say. 5. People staying multiple nights can't drink the coffee. When I came back from going out on the second day and tried to fill a cup, I was warned that "Please read what is written there carefully." It seems stingy, and I wonder why they didn't tell me in advance. 6. I was given a small humidifier to borrow, but when I tried to fill it with water, it was covered in mold so I returned it right away.
