Hotel is very conveniently located next to the Kanazawa station. The whole path from the station to the hotel is covered from the rain. Room was nice, had everything, what can be expected. Although its old age is showing a little on the furniture. Overall service was excellent.

It's ok. Location was pretty good. Easily accessible. Quite a lot of restaurants around.

Hotel is next to the Kanazawa station. Room is not so new but the service is really good.

Perfect. A large, luxurious hotel. The staff are very polite. The night view from the higher floors is beautiful. The rooms are very clean. They provide amenities to help you sleep well, such as bath salts, mint green tea for the morning, roasted green tea for the night, and a hot eye mask. They leave the morning newspaper for you. It's very convenient as it's right next to the station, but be aware that many of Kanazawa's shops and tourist sites are a little far away around Korinbo. The breakfast buffet also offers delicious local Kanazawa dishes (Kanazawa curry, kurumafu, Kanazawa bocha tea, etc.). The bocha tea is Kanazawa roasted green tea, and is very rich and delicious, so I recommend trying it. I recommend registering as a member (free of charge) after arrival, as you can receive benefits such as room upgrades and late check-outs.

It felt dusty from the moment I entered, and I couldn't sleep because it was hard to breathe, and I woke up several times with a sore throat. When I looked at the air conditioner in the morning, it was covered in dust. I had stayed here many times around 2018, so it was my first time in Kanazawa in a long time and I chose this hotel without hesitation because I was feeling nostalgic. It was a hotel with many memories so I was very disappointed. I hope it will return to being as wonderful as it once was.

First time giving a bad review to a hotel. I arrived at 12:00 noon and could not check into the hotel room, so I put down my luggage and went out for a walk. When I returned to the hotel after 10 o'clock in the evening, I found that the room type was wrong. I booked a "Select Two-Bed Room" "High floor with mini refrigerator", but I was assigned a standard room on a high floor (see picture 1). The lobby staff only said that the photo on trip.com was wrong. The room they arranged was not wrong, but the price I paid was higher than the standard room. After an hour of fussing, we arranged to be transferred back to the room shown in the photo on trip.com. It was almost midnight. If you don’t want to waste an hour or two on your trip worrying about room arrangements, don’t book this hotel; or just book the basic room type. You don’t have to pay extra to book other room types, and they will give you a standard room anyway.

Facilities: The facilities are in good condition, especially the air conditioner, which is quiet and comfortable, and you can hardly feel its presence. It's just that the facilities are a little old and outdated. Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good
