It is already a far better hotel, but the whole is generally the same. The facilities are OK, summer children play more water, can not swim, the gym is not open. Health still feels that the bathroom has a bathtub and shower, more intimate is a face towel and toilet alcohol disinfection tablet. The environment is a bit tropical plants, and the parking lot is underground. Breakfast is really average, rice noodles are OK. I didn't eat it the next day. Service, a little fruit and yogurt will be provided every day, other aspects still need to be improved.

經常會帶家人在開遠小住幾天，開遠這幾年城市環境變化真的太大了，鳳凰湖、南正街可以説是開遠的一張名片，到開遠一定要去看看這兩個地方。這個酒店是親戚推薦的，春節期間在這裏一共住了四個晚上。酒店位置靠近高鐵站，在開遠鳳凰湖邊上，仁者村裡。酒店佔地面積不大，但環境佈置漂亮，房間乾淨。有四個充電車位，其他車位大概有十四、五個。遇到節假日旅遊高峯期會不夠停，不過鳳凰湖周邊有很多車位可以免費停，需要走一段路回酒店。可以看出酒店經營很用心，比如房間裏每天都免費提供零食、飲料、茶包和瓶裝水，有智能語音、送餐機器人服務。自助早餐種類不算多，但中西式都有，紅薯和玉米很甜，食材新鮮。比較適合情侶、家人出遊，自駕出行更方便一些。酒店隔音不好，因為過年期間，每天早上都在一陣鞭炮聲裏被吵醒，真的很無語。還有整個酒店衹有一輛自行車，原本租賃自行車環湖騎行的計劃也落空了。房間裏沒有看到煙霧報警器等消防設施，希望酒店以後能注意到。

酒店設施非常先進，全部都是全自動化的，空調沒有噪音，而且調節温度很快，房間超級大，有兩個電視，兩個衞生間，還有一個衣帽間，客廳有一個很大的皮沙發，床很舒適，客廳和房間都有小圓桌以及小沙發，便於喝茶談事情，觀賞景色；電梯很快，而且沒有噪音，很平穩；早餐餐廳很乾凈，景色很好，外面是户外泳池，服務人員積極迅速，位置離幸福大草原很近，可以步行；離鳳凰湖開車10分鐘，周邊好的用餐的餐廳也比較多，對面有個小超市，可以買各種水果，日用品；華美達酒店一如既往低調的奢華，酒店的一面可能會面臨馬路，車輛倒不多，如果擔心噪音，可以到前台領取耳塞。總之很不錯的酒店，紅色的酒店logo很明顯。有停車位。很方便
