酒店真的不配這個價格和星級。房間沒有單獨空調，衹有中央空調，28度的温度，房間衹能給熱風，房間就像蒸籠，找前台告知他們衹供熱風現在是冬天，不能給冷風，無奈要了個風扇在房間散熱，客房服務人員送了個零食禮包。然後就是酒店的過橋米線踩大雷，68的半自助過橋米線，配料簡單，抬空碗上來現舀一勺粉在碗裏然後水壺倒湯，湯應該是用科技調料調的那種，完全沒有過橋米線的鮮香，連油都沒有，一碗湯清淡無味。這裏可是紅河州呀，居然還有這樣草率的米線存在，外面隨便找個小店的感覺都要比這個好。這個酒店除了客房服務人員態度很好，沒啥入住體驗，枕頭巨難睡，房間空調基本沒啥用。

從服務到設施都非常滿意，尤其枕頭很舒服，睡的非常舒服，本來都對開遠的酒店不抱希望了，衹定了一晚，住了這家以後果斷續房，以後再來這家都是首選，尤其這次帶着母親出遊，母親還生病，回到酒店就收到這樣的小紙條，必須來好評一波，贊贊

酒店環境很好，房間配置也不錯，但是一進房間有味道，像是有人在房間裏悶了很久空氣沒流通留下的味道，開窗了很久也沒用，讓人很不舒服，要求換房間説沒房了！

意料之外的滿意 娃和長者都很滿意 還有室外泳池 女兒和爺爺一起暢遊 住下之後去吃了不遠的曉玲酒家 很不錯 牛肉很下飯 還去了幸福大草原 可能大草坪更合適 我們一致覺得和東馬的香格里拉很像 值得再來的酒店 早餐可以做得更好
