服務態度好不等同於質量高，這真是一家很難評價的酒店，第一，它是新裝修的，電梯🛗設施還有待提升，每次上下樓梯要找服務人員；第二，餐廳的食材不新鮮，比如玉米🌽出現了乾癟，還有咖啡機不能正常工作，旁邊一個東北大姐喝不到咖啡就差點發飆；第三，客房打掃人員培訓不到位，丟三落四，經過反覆幾輪打掃才乾淨。第四，電視沒有提前檢查，後面工作人員又進行維修以後方可使用。值得表揚的是服務態度比較好，有問題立刻解決，但是，這樣也耽誤了大家的時間，畢竟來旅遊時間很寶貴。希望貴酒店認真總結經驗，加強培訓。
