We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China. All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own. The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot. Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food. In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated. The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

I don't know what's going on. The place I stayed in doesn't match the name I booked. The front desk switchboard and lobby manager's phone are always busy. You can't find anyone to ask anything. 環景不錯，靜，乾淨，設施設備也很齊全，感謝送的茶包，還有晚上送的水果，他們種的藍莓，工作人員的服務也很到位，餐館的飯菜不像旅遊景區那種天價，小份不好吃，都是跟外麪價格差不多，然後很大份，味道也不錯的。湖景房有個大大的露台，可以燒烤品茶看風景聊天，挺好的。我們剛好遇到下雨天氣，很多設施設備沒有享用到，有點小遺憾。不過畢竟是園林式環境，蚊子和小昆蟲也是有的，不過房間都是紗窗，然後驅蚊液什麼的都配齊給客人的。

人還沒到酒店，酒店客服就主動聯繫上，指引我們怎麼停車離酒店是最近的，整體服務非常好。每個員工都洋溢着熱情，讓人很舒服。房間豪華大氣。要啥有啥，最主要新裝修的，乾淨整潔，窗外就是小橋流水，特別美好。第一次住到酒店每間房標配8瓶水，適合愛喝茶的我們，特別給力，臨走退房時候，前台還問我們需不需要水，看我們東西比較多，還貼心送了手提袋（布的哦），真是非常用心，最後補充一下，酒店的自助早餐質量很好。我們自己在酒店吃的晚餐也是特別好吃，趕上打折，4人才花了一百八十多，物美價廉，贊👍🏻
