據説柏麗酒店在廣東西南一帶地市略有名氣。今日一住，失望至極，從進門基本上沒有任何禮儀服務，我是説連個打招呼都沒有！我差點以為前台後面牆上的【柏麗酒店】四個字是寫在捲簾門上，細看發現不是，衹能説這招牌背景設計太狗血好低檔。走廊瀰漫著一股腐朽氣息，房間老舊，被子沒有一點柔軟性，彷彿已經使用了一千年一般，隔着被套能看見裏面不少頭髮絲，黃斑，床單表面被面也是有黑色類碎屑。唯二可以點讚的是: 毛巾，浴巾是密封的，拆開後使用，也是潔白乾凈的；熱水出水穩定，温度舒適。

是次訂了二房，其中一房門鎖有問題，一關上便不停響十幾秒，很煩人，要求換房就告知沒有其它空房可換，要求安排工作人員來整鎖又沒人前來，服務不到位。
同行有老人家，浴室高了一級容易絆倒人，對老人家有潛在危險。

出差過來住的，性價比高，位置也很方便，就在車站附近。房間設施都很齊全，辦入住的時候有點小插曲，不過前台及時幫忙處理好了。
